  1. When I use the instructions as posted here, http://docs.whmcs.com/Google_Analytics_Integration I get several "Smarty Errors" in the recent activity log. (syntax error: unrecognized tag '' ) Take the code out, I don't.
  2. Further testing, the same (error 500) occurs when I review and accept the pending order from the 'Manage Orders' page in the admin section. So the only way I can create plesk subscriptions or register domains is manually via the module buttons under the customers account.
  3. I can successfully instruct WHMCS to Activate / terminate Plesk subscriptions via the WHMCS administration panel on pending orders made via the customer portal. However If I allow automatic creation of Plesk subscription via the customer order process I am met with an error 500, internal server error. This results in the order been made, and is pending in WHMCS. I can then manually activate the order in plesk via the admin panel. It doesn't make sense why this process can fail and yet work in two different places. The action log offers no clues. Can anyone assist?
  4. no matter, resolved by using a tool called zcron rather than plesk / task scheduler.
  5. BTW, that space in "cron.php" is a issue with this message board. It's not present in my system nor when I attempt to edit the original message.
  6. I'm having a nightmare trying to get Cron.php to run as a scheduled task via Plesk 10 / Windows Task Scheduler. (2008 Server) I hope someone can offer assistance. Firstly, Plesk's own scheduled jobs work fine. There isn't an issue with Plesk and scheduled jobs, or the execution of applications via task manager. The issue I have is executing the cron.php file from within the file system. If I execute Cron.php via HTTP GET, (by callling it via a web browser) this works fine and the action log shows the process was run. No matter what I do with task manager, I can' get it to run via the OS. No errors are reported in event viewer or within WHMCS. If I manually run cron.php via the command line (via plesk run task & PHP) I don't get an error either. Program / Script: C:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe Arguments: /c "C:\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin\runtask.exe" "--mail=admin@xxx.co.uk" "--application=C:\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin\php.exe" "--parameters=-q C:\inetpub\vhosts\xxxxxx\httpdocs\portal\admin\cron.php"
  7. Good lord, it gets better. Thank you.
  8. I see I have no choice but to buy WHMCS then.....
  9. I would like to know a little more about the Enom and WHMCS free sign up offer. It seems like an offer too good to be true, so to clarify: A WHMCS license (on a Monthly Lease) will entitle me to sign up with Enom for no charge, enter an initial deposit amount of my choosing and allow access to all the Enom registration, trasnfer and managment features, offering complete integration of services with the WHMCS panel via the API. Is this correct? Thanks. Damian
