  1. Hi, I tried to install this module in WHMCS 7.7.1 but it doesn't show up in the Setup > Addon Modules page. So I guess this module isn't yet compatible with WHMCS 7.7.1?
  2. Why don't you move your domains to one of the other popular registrars like eNom?
  3. Hi Roy, Where in ZA are you? I'm in Jozi 😉
  4. I run mine at 9am, then clients get their invoices while at the office and payment happens speedily.
  5. So hopefully one of these developers / companies will update their code soon
  6. No, I think this is a bug. It used to send tickets to clients in previous versions.
  7. This is a bug. When an Admin / Support Staff opens tickets in the admin backend, the client should receive it, yet they don't.
  8. John, surely this can be supported in WHMCS. Each domain registry has their own module, and they all publish prices for registration, renewal and redemption. Adding another field to the module shouldn't be that difficult. As WHMCS client's, we're loosing out a LOT of money ($4000+ for us in 2015) due to redemption fees. We don't know when a domain goes into redemption, and when a client pays the domain once it's in redemption, WHMCS simply renews it at the normal renewal cost.
  9. Hi, Is anyone else experiencing WHOIS timeouts? i.e. in WHMCS Admin > Utilities > WHOIS Lookup (as well as the domain lookup tool on the order page), I get the following error: - Yes, port 43 is open on the firewall - The same error is displayed, with the firewall completely disabled. Running a traceroute from the server, I get the following: So, trying to telnet to port 43 on whois.crsnic.net, I get this: Is anyone else experiencing this?
  10. @xtranet, I suggest you look at some of the South African posts since the ZACR / Uniforum standards are a bit different. There are 3 (I think) coza EPP modules available already, perhaps you can look into that?
  11. I might be interested. Let's see how much interest you get and what it would cost to develop this.
  12. Have you enabled debugging to see what errors it gives?
