  2. Thank you for reply, I added a free product to test it, not sure if that is the reason, shouldn't be I would think. The completed order page shows, no gateway as was a free product.   3. Hello I added a notice to the orderforms/complete.tpl but when I placed a new test order nothing came up. Not sure what I am doing wrong, is this the right place, where do I place the notice? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
  4. Thank you for getting back, I do have the 2CO ID correct with no spaces, it is filled in as below. <input type="hidden" name="x_login" value="000000000000"> No spaces and still the error. Some clients fill in the State and Zip and it still happens. Just do not know why. 2CO says the number which I have correct and using the Url direct: </form><form action="https://www.2checkout.com/checkout/purchase" method="post"> Really would like to get this to work Thanks
  5. Thank you for getting back. I have taken the code off a due invoice because the other clients paid so no buy button. The think is with the error they pay twice thinking it did not go through but it does go through so have to keep refunding these double payments.   6. Hello Started getting an error on 2CheckOut orders, it is showing error PE101. Used to work but not now. All details are correct in the 2CO module. Got this from 2CO - The error PE101 is caused by accessing https://www.2checkout.com/checkout/purchase directly, or by an improper configuration on your cart's side. If you use cart software on your side, you will need to consult your user manual to ensure your 2Checkout account ID is entered where required. ------------------------ As stated all is correct and worked before, any ideas why this is happening now?   7. I just purchased a license and there is no support from them. I believe they think you know everything about Whmcs, well I do not. I made 3 tickets to them and not one was answered, they refuse to answer anything. I think they want you to pay $30 to get support. I did not move to this to get this ridiculous service. I am paying for a monthly service, so give me some kind of support. I think everyone should leave this company until they fix this no support issue.

Hello Trying to import ClientExec to Whmcs using the import assist but getting the following error: Gateways present in Source installation are missing from this installation - Fail - Please configure All missing gateways in the destination installation and then try again. Missing gateways are: 0 It says missing gateways as 0, so not sure wht is happening. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

Hello, I am trying to keep the onclick always open in the modern order form, I would like it that it shows the other categories as always viewable and you do not have to click "Choose Categories" to view the others. Is this possible, not great at writing script but if I can be pointed in the right direction that would be great. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
