  3. Thanks, but unfortunately, that isn't an option. We want to preserve instant activation. We only use one datacenter for certain account types right now, but are going to be changing that in the near future. I know there was an add-on...just can't find it.
  4. There used to be a 3rd party add-on that would let clients choose datacenters on a hosting plan, for example. Can't find the dog gone thing anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  5. Thanks for the response! So how do you differentiate between folks who want non-recurring payments so they can pay manually? Do you use the standard Quantum Gateway module for them, and then the Quantum Vault module for the others?
  6. How do you guys have WHMCS set up to automatically do recurring payments? In the past, when clients asked for recurring billing, I just set it up in the recurring center, but that doesn't pass anything back to WHMCS. Do you guys use the Vault, and does that automatically do recurring payments or...? Thanks!
  7. You can do it manually in the database. I've gotten myself locked out before, and that's the only way to do it.

  10. Hi all, I installed Quantum Gateway recently, and have had nothing but trouble. In fact, I can't get any order to process, due to the "As part of our fraud prevention measures, you will now be asked to perform the Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode checks if your credit card is enrolled for this service" error that comes up every single time someone makes a payment. That screen stays up for a couple seconds, and then redirects somewhere...in my case, to the domain registration option. I have disabled the Verified by Visa in Quantum Gateway itself, I have disabled fraud checking completely, I used every single template/order form template combination you can possibly think of (thinking it might have been a problem with my custom template) all to no avail. I have read every post I can find here including these ones: http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?t=15794&highlight=verified+visa http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?t=10950&highlight=verified+visa and nothing works. The "solutions" in those posts don't fix anything at all. I have changed everything I can think of including making sure "Automatically forward the user to the payment gateway" was enabled (and in fact, both other options) and nothing will work. Does anybody have a solution to this? Thanks in advance!
  11. Yep! That was it. We figured it out right about the same time. From what I can tell (keeping my fingers crossed), it was actually executing from our backup server, which is not supposed to be serving websites at all. Oy! Thanks again.
  12. Hi guys, Well here's a new one. I have at least one client (I haven't heard from others yet, though I have solicited) that is getting overdue notices for a certain invoice that was paid 100% on-time. 1st overdue reminder is 1 day, 2nd 3 days, and 3rd 5 days after the invoice is due. The invoice is indeed showing up as paid, and these emails are NOT showing up in the clients email logs in WHMCS. He is certainly getting the emails though; he has forwarded them to me, and I have confirmed them in the EXIM logs. I'm kinda lost as to why this might be happening. As a temporary fix, I have disabled overdue notices for him, but I would love to figure out why this is happening. Anybody have this happen to them, before I submit this to the Support guys? Thanks!   13. Just wanted to say... Ordered this addon a couple months ago. Worked great at first and then all of the sudden stopped working. I guess it was some issue with how my server was (or wasn't, ha ha) generating a certain key for the module. Their support team worked with me for darn near a month to get things sorted out, altering files, etc. the entire time. Support is included in the purchase price, but I didn't think they would go out of their way like they did for as long as they did to get things working for me. Great product!! Even better support!! Thanks guys!

  15. Hello, I did a pretty extensive search on Google and on this forum, and haven't really found what I'm looking for. Is it possible that when an invoice is generated for an existing client, that the client can input a promotion code when paying the invoice, or even cancel the invoice out (100% discount)? I don't want to do this with credits, or client groups, or anything else, as that would not work for what I am trying to do. Thanks in advance! Bryan
