The integration is done well no problems with that. But why or why do you guys forget one thing the most important thing! DESIGN, clean intuitive design. You forget the customer all the time. You always design for busy, busy, busy, busy! Yuk!

I'm sorry but this is not a nice site. The integration is woeful. Back to the drawing board I'm afraid.

Hi Has anyone integrated WHMCS with WSP with sucess? First I'm confused about the the term Enterprise Server. Also when I complete the Edit Server details in the first panel then in the third panel the Reseller login details I save those then go back to the list of servers and click 'Login to control Panel' the url is the IP address of my server i.e. http://[myserveripaddress]/Default.aspx?pid=Login&user=[then the user name and password] I entered in the third panel. But an error page appears 'resource cannot be found'. Any ideas folks? Cheers

Hi there I want my invoices and database to backup daily by creating a cron job. I use Website Panel but there is nowhere in there - unlike Helm - that you can create a cron job. So how do you set up the cron job to actually run automatically... I can see the line of code: php -q C:\HostingSpaces\internal\mydomain.com\wwwroot/admin/cron.php In the Setup>Automation Settings but what do I now do to run the cron job. Cheers

Hi there Yes I tried that and I get this error: Invalid TLD/Registration Period Supplied for Domain Registration I select if for 1 year and in the domain pricing I have made it yearly too.

Hi Can someone tell me how to simply add a domain to a client account. When I go to client account and add new order and I add a domain it always wants me to select a plan to go with it. I don't use a company within WHMCS to purchase my domains I do it manually. Cheers

Okay in fact I've just done the same thing on my new site...but are you trying to change it or get rid of it? If you want to get rid of it just comment it out in the footer.tpl file. If you want to edit it i.e. reduce the space between the titles then edit the <ul class="nav"> That should do it.

I have the fraud alert come up often when I'm paying an invoice for a new item and after sending them a ticket they get it sorted pretty quickly...I think you're just unlucky cos it's been the weekend and they may have a backlog. I've found support to be excellent! I've abused the support because I'm stupid and lazy and they've not complained. I try and set the response level to 'low' to indicate when something is not urgent when I can. However, all your worries will fade away once you start using this software...this is a great addition to your hosting business. If you do get any further problems I would be surprised cos all the guys seem pretty switched on if you ask me.
