  1. Hi, I have a client who initially started with one domain and now have 4-5 domains which are of their different businesses, so for eg. they have domain abc.com and xyz.com they want abc.com to invoiced as ABC Company, ABC address, ABC VAT number etc. and for xyz.com they want invoice as XYZ Company, XYZ Address, XYZ Invoice. How can I do that without changing details again and again? I tried creating a new contact but can't figure out how to apply that contact to a invoice or domain so it uses that contact details when creating invoice for that domain. Thanks.
  2. Hi, Okay great that is what I was looking for. Second question: I get billed for domain in USD by my registrar and I sell domains in INR, its very difficult to always charge the customer the correct amount. Is it possible that in WHMCS i specify my domain prices in USD and when customers want to order WHMCS convert the price to INR and show to client etc ?? Can i achieve that ?? So if i get billed for domain $9.99 and I sell for $11.99 then customers who have selected INR as their currency they see the converted value and not $11.99. Is this possible ?? Thanks.
  3. Hi, I want to know if i can add the fee that is charged by payment gateway company to the total order amount of the customer in whmcs ? Are gateway php pages encrypted ? Thanks.
  4. Hi, I am also facing same thing, but i have modified the callback script and added the following lines in it: --- header ("http://www.your-website-url.com/billing/"); // replace with your website url exit(); --- Add the above code at the bottom. I am attaching the callback file also for your further checking. Thanks. callback.zip
  5. Hi, Mine is working fine, but yes mine also have issues with callback, somehow whmcs is not logging the transaction at all and not even doing callback at all. Don't know what the issue is. Thanks.
  6. Hi, I kept same because WHMCS's own is not working and when their will be working then mine will not be needed. Thanks.
  7. Hi, I made one: http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?99267-CCAvenue-Gateway&p=412851#post412851 Thanks.
  8. Hi, I recently got CCAvenue gateway for my website but unfortunately I came to know that WHMCS has not updated their CCAvenue plugin to latest version of MARS. Hence I downloaded the API kit from CCAvenue and made a WHMCS plugin out of it. Its very basic, just accepts the payments and updates transaction upon callback from CCAvenue. I am giving this module for free for anyone to use / extend etc. I have not tested the call back as I was not able to, but accepting payment is working. So can you use it if you want. Before you download: You agree to download, use, modify etc. this plugin at your own risk and I cannot be held responsible for anything in anyway. Warning: This will overwrite WHMCS's original CCAvenue files as they don't work anyway. So if you want to retain those files, please backup / download modules/gateways/ccavenue.php and modules/gateways/callback/ccavenue.php Install Instructions: Just unzip and upload to modules/gateways folder. Activate in Settings > Payment Gateways Hope this helps. Thanks. ccavenue.zip
  9. Hi, Is there any free trial or live checking ?? Can we use some tags to show prices of products etc just by specifying some tags etc. in templates ?? Like I have a product in whcms and i want to display its price in the cms, can i do something like: {price:123} where as 123 is product id number is whmcs ??? It would be really helpful if there's a trial or somewhere I can see /test live before I purchase. Thanks.
  10. I am also waiting on a solution for this..
  11. Hi, When I am trying to order a .pro domain it gives me the following error: # Profession is required (234def34.pro) # How to fix ? Thanks.
  12. I work on fixed price. I want fixed price. Namecheap, godaddy etc. all have fixed prices.
  13. I am not even sure at what price you sell a domain and I don't even want to know. I am working in a very competetive market and I need that facility. Its as simple as that. I was selling domain for $7.99 3 years back and you mean to say that I should keep on selling at that price even when registry is increasing prices every year. Are you even in the market and watching what is happening ? I don't know how many domains you sell in a year but i sell enough and i keep nominal margin and pass the benefits to customer, but when there's an official price increase then customers have to comply. I don't you are getting petrol etc. still at 10 year old price. You pay current value don't you ?? where are you living ? My customers are happy with that. I am happy with that. They get benefit of lower price when they regisrter a domain in compare to other providers. When they renew next year they are again in benefit when comparing to other providers. You must be charging $10 or 12 i don't care. I work on cut throat margin and I am happy with the margin i get. BTW I also charge the fee which paypal etc. charges me for transactions. Thanks.
  14. Hi, For eg. I regd a domain for a client at $8.88 last year. So WHMCS will set the First Payment Amount as $8.88 and Recurring Amount as $8.88 also. Now the renewal is here and invoice is generated say before 15 days or so and naturally WHMCS will generate invoice of $8.88. But prices of domain has increased and now the domain costs $9.99. So I use Bulk Pricing Updater to change price to $9.99 and it gets changed. But the invoice for the same is already generated and its charging $8.88 instead of $9.99. Please make it so that Bulk Pricing Updater changes the price in Unpaid invoices also. I just noticed that invoices were generated and I was going in loss. I do not like how the WHMCS handles this. There should be no Recurring Amount field. It should pick the price from the Domains /Product Pricing when generating invoices. This is very lossy, i feel i have to stop using WHMCS.
  15. Hello, I have several payment gateways in place and when some specific is used by clients I go in loss becuase that particular payment gateway charge me $xx fees which is deducted. Hence I do not get full amount I should be getting due to which I go in loss. How do I charge a customer when they use a specific payment gateway ? I want this charge to be bourne by the customer. Domain / Hosting industry is very competetive and I have to keep prices accordingly but if I do not charge the fee's charged to me then I will go in loss. Hence a surcharge option must be added to all payment gateways where we can specify what fee or % will be charged to customer when they use this specific gateway. I am suffering loss becuase there is no provision in WHMCS to charge such kind of payment. For example I have Mail in Payment as a payment option in which client can deposit cash into any of the bank branch in which I have my bank account. But my bank charges a fee of INR 28 on each cash deposit. Hence if I am getting a domain at INR 400 and I am selling at INR 450 then I just suffered a loss of INR 28 and I just got INR 422 out of which my profit is only INR 22. This same rule applies to PayPal, 2CO etc. Hence its my request to WHMCS that they please add Surcharge option in all payment gateways so that we can specify a % or Fee which should be charged upon customer's order. Thanks.
