  1. We performed an upgrade form V6 to the latest version 7. All appeared to go well until the cron run. We have many One Time Products and Addons. The system generated new invoices for all these products, every one, even some going back 6 years ago, with a due date of year 2000. Does anyone know under what conditions WHMCS will send recurring invoices for Products that are set a "One Time" I see a new product status called "Completed", but cant find any documentation about it.
  2. We have just noticed an issue where the "Next Due Date" on our domains is not being updated. I have domains paid by bank cheque and paypal transactions but the "Next Due Date" still holds its original value. This also means that no new invoices are generated. Domain renewal reminders are sent OK as these are "Expiry Date" My understanding is the "Next Due Date" would get updated once the invoices is paid. I am Running Centos 6.6 with PHP 5.4.36 Has anyone else experienced this, or have any ideas how to debug?

  4. We have been using custom fields in support tickets for a while now. After applying Version: 5.3.11 we are encountering some problems. Once we enter the data in the fields and click on the "Save Changes" button is submitted, we get an error titled "Ticket ID Not Found." Upon closer inspection the URL, it appears that the value of var id is missing which is causing the problem. See example url below (id=) /https://xxxxxxxxx/admin/supporttickets.php?action=viewticket&id=&sub=savecustomfields Is anyone else experiencing this?
  5. I found the answer in a previous post from matt. During the upgrade we used a new cc_encryption_hash which was the problem.
  6. We are upgrading our site PHP 5.4 on Centos 6 and now when you looking at any Clients Products and Services the Password field is displaying non ASCII characters of some sort. Here is a screen capture http://snag.gy/MF7t1.jpg Has anyone seen this before ?
  7. A few days ago all our cPanel Servers were updated to version 11.34.0 (build 6). Since then logging in via "Login to Control Panel" from within WHMCS is no longer working. Any clues?
  8. Since upgrading we are experiencing some issues with support tickets no sent to the assigned support departments. We use the POP3 connector and can see in the Ticket Mail Import log the message was imported successfully and a response sent back to the client. However there is no mail sent to any of the Assigned Admin users. There logs in mail.log from postfix also confirm this. Is anyone else experiencing this?
  9. We are having problems with TAX calculation on the Modern Template suing WHMCS 4.5.2. We are uisng the Modern Template for Ordering under General Settings. We use use Tax Rule called GST which is 10% in Australia and have the Tax Type as Inclusive. When a client places and order it it shows the price (which includes the TAX) but then adds the TAX again (adding tax twice). When you actually proceed to the checkout, it actually shows the correct amount with the TAX added only once. Interestingly it only does this on the Modern Template, which is the one we prefer to use. Has anyone else seen this problem?
