  1. Hello, I am using the integrated payment gateway Ideal. And whenever i try to contact any bank i get the error: There was an error. Ideal reported: Value too long. Now this means that the product (description?) contains to many characters. (Ideal only allows 8 - 32 max characters for product name). I use the attribute for the products description but i dont see the complete description anywhere in the invoice. Characters from the ordered product in the invoice are almost all of the time over 32 characters and there is no easy way to adjust i believe. eg. when someone registers http://www.ineedhelpnow.com for a year the invoice description is always over 32 characters. Can this be the issue? Also i edited the product name in iDeal gateway and used 10 characters. Well within parameters. Still get the same error. Now is there someting i am missing? Can it be that iDeal uses the complete product description? Because than i have challenge.... Anyone wencountered same issue with the Ideal payment gateway= please help me out here, thanks Mischa
  2. hmm strange i have 4.5.2... and the same error......
  3. Hello, I have some issues with the new cart templates which i'll explain below. I use the cart slider (but the problem also exist with the other default order form templates) >>>1<<<< First you should know that i include taxes in the prices. However this is not correctly calculated when someone chooses an hosting package. It ADDS the tax to the amount instead of deducting it. (See pic 1) But the strange part is that whenever i go to the cart it displays the amount correct!! So the tax is deducted correctly. (see pic 2) Thus imho meaning the TAX rules are correctly set i believe it has something to do with the new templates. <<<2>>> then there is some other issue with the order form templates. I have 1 package which has 1 domain for free. WHenever i choose this it again does not display the correct information about the tax rule. See pic3 Furthermore, whenever i goto the cart It shows the package costs and ALSO the domain and its pricing instead of only the hosting package. So somehow the template does not seem to follow the free domain rule which states: Offer a free domain registration/transfer and free renewal (if product is renewed can anyone help me out here? thanks Maik
(Amount too low. (Detailed record states the minimum amount). Is er een structurele oplossing waarbij ik niet de hele tijd de query handmatig moet draaien? Het zit em dus in die currency row? tanx Mischa
  6. Hello, Whenever a customer wants to pay with ideal the following error occurs: Amount too low. (Detailed record states the minimum amount). Does anyone know how to fix this? thanks Mischa
  7. Did you use the right tpl files? Editing it in the wrong template set would not fix it
  8. Hello, I finally fixed it by removing the empty space in the tpl files. SO no Dbase conversion was needed. It seems that somehow the spaces entered in the tpl and language files causes these weird characters. SO look for the text in the tpl and language file you are using and remove the spaces behind the :. That should do the trick.
  9. Is there any solution for this yet? i am having the same problem and the suggested solutions did not work for me. thanks mischa
