Hi Brian, Thanks for the reply. I tried {$service.server.ipaddress} and it's simply returning the IP address of my provisioning server and not the customers assigned product IP address. I checked {debug} and the only IP I see listed is still my provisioning server. Also I found a previous post that you made which I also tried and didn't seem to work: It seems to be having trouble with the PHP section of it because when i paste that in the template under "foreach from=$services item=service" the entire page dies and only loads white. Any help you can offer on this would be greatly appreciated. I've attempted to tackle this for several years now and i'm just not great with PHP (pretty terrible actually). If you have any idea's please let me know, I really do appreciate it 🙂 Thank You

Hello, I am trying to add the IP address for a customers service in the clientareaproducts.tpl page I have added a column for IP address on this page however I am unable to determine the variable needed to get the IP address for each service to show up. I have this working when a customer clicks into the service (clientareaproductdetails.tpl) with the variable {$dedicatedip} however that variable does not work on the clientareaproducts.tpl since that page is trying to list ever product a customer has so multiple IPs should be displaying if they have multiple services I have tried {$service.dedicatedIp} and {$dedicatedip} to no avail. My trouble is when i have a customer and they go to My Products and Services if they have many servers they might see 10+ services and not know which is which because they cant see the IP for each service. They only see the service description price, next due date and status. Please let me know if anyone has any idea here.

Hello, I currently have WHMCS and use Maxmind and cloudflare. On my previous 5.x installation this setup worked properly and I would see the ACTUAL IP address of the user signing up in the maxmind fraud check for the order however with upgrading to 7.x i'm now only seeing cloudflare IPs which appears to be giving maxmind a bad location of the users (Almost every user shows up as being in Los Angeles) Does anyone have any suggestions for this? Hello, I just updated to 7.1.2 however my stripe is still displaying the error about the template in the payment gateway. Per the above I replaced the hooks / includes / template folders with fresh copies from my whmcs install folder (Even though i completely wiped the install when i did the upgrade) I'm still getting the error. Can anyone shed any light on what else I might want to look at? Thanks! UPDATE: Well I tested my stripe module and it appears to be functioning properly. Looks like WHMCS didn't resolve MODULE-6483 after all

Hello, When payment is received an email goes out stating payment received however, I need another email to go out along with it with a completely different message. Is there anyway to do this? I also have the welcome message that goes out later so I do not want to use that. Is this possible?

Is it possible to have WHMCS login via SSH and send a command to a remote server when a user signs up?

I'm not necessarily looking for someone to build this for me but looking for one that already exists. It looks like visualizer might suite my needs. Possibly there are others

Hello, I am looking at the many server modules that are available for WHMCS. I need a server module where a user can signup for a product on WHMCS then WHMCS instructs a server module to SSH into a box and pass client name and IP address into a terminal command. It would also be great if this module held my active IP addresses and automatically assigned an available one. Does anyone know if this is possible or can anyone make a recommendation? Thank You

Hello, I am looking for a new payment gateway to integrate into whmcs billing compatible with the recurring billing in WHMCS. I prefer something in the U.S. I need to switch from my current gateway asap as I am having major problems with mysterious charges and bad support, not to mention their website appears to have been designed around 1997 and offers no real functionality aside from very basic reporting. Hello, I am using WHMCS for colocation and currently I have the proration setup for billing on the 1st of the month and the client is charged for the next month if the order is made after the 20th. The problem is, the customer is charged proration from the date the order is placed and I need a way to have it calculate the proration from the date the equipment is installed so that the customer is not charged for days that their equipment is not active.
