Hello, I recently moved WHMCS to a new server, and I am having Ticket System showing incorrect time on customer responses. 1) Our server timezone set correctly to U.S Central. 2) PHP.ini also set to U.S Central timezone. 3) Cronjob run correctly as time set. 4) After login to WHMCS, it shows corrected time to U.S Central. 5) If we open a new ticket to the client, it shows corrected time. 6) If we reply to a ticket, it also show correct time. The only problem is the ticket system not shows correct time on the customer responses which is 5 hours ahead of U.S Central time. I tried to restarted MySQL, but it's not help. Any ideas? Thank You!   6. Hello, I'm looking for a way to change Ticket Reply List Order for the Mobile Edition. I tried to add the code below to the viewticket.tpl, but it's not fully work. It reversed the order list (newest first), but the first message/reply is still showing at the top (not sure why?). Do you know how to make this work fully? This is the viewticket.tpl of mobile edition:

  8. When I click on "Change Credit Card Details" at client area, it shows me the error message: "Missing Customer ID". Do you know what's causing this error? and how to fix it?
  9. Yes, I have setup cronjob. Generating and sending new invoices worked correctly. Recently, it doesn't send me email report of cronjob activity. I noticed that unpaid invoice reminder is worked if I set it to 1, but I don't want to send reminder before due date, so I disabled it. I am not sure why the first, second, and third overdue reminder is not working.
