  1. You can temporary issue their account till paypal settles the transaction and you can verify it , create a separate package and give it a temporary 15 days grace period, or what you thing is doable other than than you can go and complain to paypal
  2. did you check if under general settings -> security you have entered the IP address where the API is being called from ?
  3. Edented for the setup to trigger automatically where did you set up the $0.00 value for the invoice ? products/services tab , pricing ?
  4. question : so according to your "suspension" definition, if a user who has not yet paid their monthly fee, decides to go on vacation for 2 month, then he/she can then have their account suspended for all that time without our admin staff terminated since they are on "vacation"/"suspended" mode ? I am only asking because , in what other scenarios this mod would be beneficial from an accounting point of view ? Like I can not account those "suspended" account this month into my billing because they are on "vacation" is that something that you do ?

  6. bhorton you can use the whmcs api to update that particular cc account , I do that on a backend cms system that users login (not whcms) to update their account info, and no I do not store the cc anywhere else but whcms which it is encrypted
  7. othellotech, have you tried making that call to the whmcs api Domain WHOIS , I think that is what you need
  8. John, what version of WHMCS do you have ? you can achieve this by using the API functions, I have similar setup, I gather all of the info form customer and their site gets created automatically or you can email me at marcos.alois.oliva@gmail.com for further help
