Hi-
I have a situation of customers being locked out of the client area. The login fails, and when they use the 'request a password reset' link, it simply refreshes their window, and doesn't send the email.
Also, the security question isn't displayed.
When i log in to the admin area and manually reset their password (on the profile tab), that doesn't work either. (I can log in to their client area as admin, but if i log out of admin and then try to log in as client, login fails).
I have used the admin client summary page area to send the 'password reset confirmation' and password reset validation' emails, which do go through, complete with a freshly generated password, but that doesn't seem to work either.
