  1. A couple of picky things I noticed: 1. when you add the "knowledge base suggestions" merge field to the Support Ticket Response email template, it adds an extra "$" 2. The support ticket overview widget shows ALL tickets, regardless of status. Can this be changed to only show tickets needing action? 3. The "My Flagged" button in the widget doesn't do anything. It should filter to show only my tickets.
  2. . I probably wasn't clear - I LOVE the widget - what I'm suggesting is removing the status line at the top of the page (since the information there is repeated - with more and better detail - in the widget. Thanks for the great job!
  3. I actually like the look of the new version, especially the dashboard. I do have one suggestion for the Blend admin template - Since the "stats" div in the header has the same info as in the System Overview widget, perhaps that could be eliminated. I do have it set to "display: none" in the css.
  4. Well, that explains it - I was using the Blend template for the back end.
  5. I'm in the administrator area, and clicked on the Addons tab. That brings me to the Project Management dashboard. I don't see a "side menu" If I click on the Addon Modules under Setup, I see where I can activate or deactivate the addon, but again there's no side menu, just an area where I can set access controls.
  6. I just installed the trial version, and think this is a fantastic addition to the WHMCS family. I do have a suggestion and one issue that I'll add to the tracker, but I have a quick question: where do I edit the "category" types for the project (the list in the dropdown, I mean). I'm probably missing something obvious.... which (my wife says) isn't exactly unusual for me...
  7. Well, THAT was easy! I was using the non-www address to log in, but it was defined as with the www. I think I'll set up a redirect in the htaccess file so that doesn't happen again - for me OR for my employees! Thanks!
  8. Ok, here's a weird problem I hope someone can help with... My WHMCS installation is behind an SSL certificate, which is working perfectly on the server. I can do anythng in the admin area - with one exception: when I'm looking at a support ticket with an attachment, and I click on it to download it, instead of downloading I get the Portal login screen. Any idea what gives?
  9. I'm trying to customize the Ajax order form so that it works with my Joomla site. Specifically, what I'm looking for is how to remove the header and side bar from the form so that only the "Order Form" part is seen. Here's an example: https://www.siteoneinternet.com/Order-Static-Hosting.html What I want to do is remove the part that says "SiteOne Internet" and has the "Please Log In or register" text, as well as the blue on the side. I've dug around the template files (I'm using 4.4) but couldn't figure out what to do to remove those pieces. However, I was able to remove the footer.
  10. Yes, you will need to make a minimum deposit of $100. When someone purchases a domain from you, the amount is then deducted from that deposit.
  11. Yes, yes, a thousand times yes! This is probably the biggest thing the app lacks. Also, I'd like to be able to see my entire client list, not just a search for a specific client.
  12. Imagine a hotel, with many rooms. Hosting a website is like renting a room - the contents of the room (you) are the important thing, but you do need somewhere to stay. In the same way, the content on your website is the main thing, but you need someplace to put it so people can find it. The way people find you in a hotel is by your room number; the way they find you on the internet is your address. Both just point to the room.
  13. I'm confused... you say that the link above is for a domain with invalid characters, but the domain the link is actually checking is xn--pdaaa.com - which is a valid domain name.
  14. This still isn't making sense to me. Here's the pricing on my Products / Services for an SSL item: As you can see, the base price is set to zero, as usadomains suggested. Here's the group, showing that the option group is assigned to the product above, and that the name of the option is ValidityPeriod|Validity Period: Finally, here's the options for that group: The problem is, when I go to my cart, the Billing Cycle shows "$0.00 USD + $10.00 USD Setup Fee One Time" and - more alarming - the "Configurable Options" shows the Validity Period as 1 year, but with the MONTHLY price: If I then click "UpdateCart" it charges me the monthly amount instead of the yearly amount (plus the setup fee, of course): What am I doing wrong, and how should this be set up??
