  7. How do I turn off or remove the attachment box from support tickets?
  8. Hi, I went to admin roles and they were all ticked but nothing about support tickets. I clicked on My Account at top the only option is to notify of support tickets.
  9. Customer submitted support ticket to a department from the website. The admin home screen says customer reply (1) but on the left hand side menu the navigation says customer reply (0), When I create a new ticket from Client Profile page it will only show three options rather than the five departments I have setup. Please assist?

  11. Hi, we have just reduced the price on our hosting plans, and now we want it to benefit our existing customers as well as our new customers. Is there a way we can MASS Auto Calculate on Save for all our clients, rather then going in one by one? Darrel
