hello ive create a Custom Client Fields and make in "show on invoice" also disable "admin only" also ive uncheck "Store Client Data Snapshot" and create a new client then add a product and a custom invoice to its panel. but still my custom field not displayed on invoice. any idea?

Hello when i try to list all domains that whmcs register, it takes near 10 minutes to load , and each page like 2 or 3 ... are takes same time to load, ive decrease the number of item to display and it doesnt work. during this listing, i havent see any LOAD on server or any problem under MYTOP ive use mariadb 10.6 and litespeed any idea?

Hello is it important to add unsubscribe text or in structure for each email sent from WHMCS to customer? like payment reminder mass mail, .... ? if yes, is whmcs has the code or any option to add this text to the end of emails footer?

Hello our system send an email to customer about "your new ticket received" if customer open new ticket himeselfe but if staff and admin open new ticket for customer he will not receive any notification and email, we have to reply to that to ticket after that system send and email "your ticket answered by staff" any idea ?

Hey is there any way to add tax to group of clients? we have several kidns of customer from all over the world, some of them are GOV, some country dont apply tax, some of them do. only this option is available in clients profile : Tax Exempt Don't Apply Tax to Invoices which means tax must enable by default, how about reverse situation ? tax disable by default but apply for some of customers manually or other rules

this should solve by whmcs not external hook. when domain register with same nameserver, whmcs cant register domain automatically so this is the problem, (any idea about validation hook? )

Hello one of problem that still exist in whmcs order form is there isnt any Nameserver validation before accept domain registration sometimes users enter duplicate value or enter nameserver same as domain name,

Hello its near 2 weeks we have an issue with domain registration, clients try to whois and register domain (payment confirmed) but domain not register automatically and i have to do this manually (so no problem with registrar module) after contact them. they say : In general, WHMCS checks for the credit balance of your client to automate register operation triggered by him/her. Without the client's credit balance, the registration would not be triggered automatically. On your WHMCS admin area > Clients > select your client > you will be navigated to Client Profile > check 'Credit Balance' under 'Invoices/Billing' => Is the credit Balance is zero? this credit should not be zero for automation. any idea ?

Hello vat function is disable by default on our system but for some customers we have to apply vat on final invoice when i check vat settings, if ive enable it, it will apply to all customers, how can i have vat/tax enable but ive select users who apply ? TX
