  1. I am talking about this - renewing domain prior to payments and avoiding double renewals. However i am surprised by these instructions as they look more like a quick (dirty) fix to an issue than a procedure I would expect something like a button "Autorenew on payment ON / OFF" per specific client in their summary, like the buttons "Send late fees" and similar are. Do you think something like that could be done? Or am i the only one that needs something like that? Since i've heard about the issue many times...
  2. Hello, i was wondering (actually also looking for one) if there's a module or addon that would allow us to disable the autorenew/autoregister the domains on payment. We have the autorenew feature (i am talking about renewing at the registry, not sending invoices before due date) ON for most clients but there are some that would prefer to have the domains renewed prior to payment. If we do that with an unpaid invoice ofcourse we get double renewals after we add the payments to WHMCS. Is there a way to achieve this? If something like this doesnt exist would anyone care to do it for us?

  5. Hi, i'm having issues similar to the ones seen before. My clients are getting "Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender" messages BESIDES getting the ticket reply which is strange. Now i've googled around and havent found the exact same issue with anyone else, most of people have some php compile errors included, mine doesnt: This message was created automatically by mail delivery software. A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed: pipe to | php -q /home/admin/domains/mydomain.com/public_html/whmcs/pipe/pipe.php generated by info@mydomain.com The following text was generated during the delivery attempt: ------ pipe to | php -q /home/admin/domains/mydomain.com/public_html/whmcs/pipe/pipe.php generated by info@mydomain.com ------  ------ This is a copy of the message, including all the headers. ------ < here is the copy of the message the client sent > So basicly, no errors that would tell me whats wrong. This is 5.0.3 version.

  7. @othellotech - no, its a new invoice and it doesnt work. @nimonogi - yeah, my typo, i had that set to yes and it still charges tax.

  9. I see these new features (new for me since i updated a recent while ago): Send Overdue Reminders: Exempt from Tax: I have them set to NO for a client and yet the client still gets overdue reminders and taxed items. Any idea why?

  11. I also think this new admin template isnt OK. The old admin template was PERFECT! If anyone can fix these widgets to look like the old template im willing to pay for it! And its not that we dont want something new. But the old setup had everything you wanted in the right place, now: - statistics widget is too large, takes space for no reason - support tickets overview is the worst of all, there is no Awaiting Reply button, the last button goes to second row, the whole widget size is too small! Should of been full width!. Now i need to scroll down to show all tickets and then click the button on the left to show awaiting reply. - suspended services are missing?? Hello? This is one of the most important things and you leave it out? i found a quick fix for the widget but come on guys. - my notes widget..its too small! i cant set the height in opera (and dont tell me to change my browser cause of it). SO again, i need to scroll down. I love everything about v5 except the widgets thing! Please change it back or get us an option to change the template to old style. And please, dont tell us we are able to configure all to our needs - some of us are not programmers to know how to fix the widgets and add the missing stuff..
  12. I have removed now the filters and it seems to work. I checked emails for "software" and the word wasnt it..very trange. I dont know about the subject, body, it was added in some previous versions of whmcs i think you wasnt able to choose at the time (i might be wrong).
  13. Didnt even know that exists - it says blocked phrase, but the only two i have blocked is "soft" and "viagra" - and none of these are in e-mail.
  14. I've been using email piping for a long while now, through email forwarders, but i've noticed in the past few days that two emails and all their answers did not go through. I have no ticket opened and the customer has no auto answer about the ticket. Every reply they made did not create a ticket in whmcs. I can only see the emails in my mailbox. This raised a question of how many e-mails like this didnt go through. Any ideas how to check whats wrong? I'm using the latest whmcs and DirectAdmin.
