  1. You didn't answer my question. At this point I believe the answer is that you have to manually update the Project Manager Addon.
  2. Not clear how to update Project Management addon to v2.0. Thought it should work with auto update, but it does not show an update. Does update have to be done manually through FTP upload or will it eventually work with auto update?
  3. The Google Analytics module places the code in the footer. This is not where Google wants it now. When you try to verify a site with Webmaster tools, this is the error message shown from Google: Verification failed for http://www.topwebsnetwork.com/ using the Google Analytics method (10 days ago). The Google Analytics tracking code on your site is in the wrong location. You can verify site ownership only with the asynchronous snippet placed in the <head> section of your home page. Now, I have moved the {$footeroutput} code from footer.tpl to header.tpl and it now works, but you should change the module to output the code to the header.
  4. If you type a url into a support ticket, such as http://www.domain.com. immediately followed by a period, the generated anchor link contains the period, often making the link 404. Please fix so that the trailing period of a url is not contained in the anchor link. You may observe that this forum generates the link correctly.
  5. The top box in a pdf quote is not formed correctly. See attachment. Version 5.0.3. Quote183.pdf
  6. Well, I consider that reply from Matt quite unacceptable. A state-of-the art support system should allow the admins to search the full ticket. If it takes multiple SQL queries or a recoding of the way tickets are stored, then it needs to be fixed. This is far more important than many of the other improvements that have been recently added, in my opinion. I consider this a serious bug and it has caused us a lot of problems in not being able to find older ticket replies for our web design business.
  7. This is on version 5.0.3, but has been present in all older versions as well. Here are the directions to replicate. 1. Create a new support ticket with the word "blue" in it. 2. Create a second support ticket with the word "yellow" in it. 3. Search of all tickets correctly finds either blue or yellow. 4. Merge the two support tickets created. 5. Search for "blue" and it is found in the merged ticket. 6. Search for "yellow" and it is not found. Search does not work correctly with merged tickets. This is a very troublesome issue for support operators and merits prompt attention.
  8. We are working with a marketing agency and would like to create a subaccount of the agency's main account for a client. However, we only want the client to see their own support tickets, not the master account's tickets. It seems currently, the sub-account can see all tickets. Is there a way for a sub-account to only open and see their own tickets (and let the master account see the sub-account tickets, but not vice-versa)?
  9. Non-Client Emails Not Logged in Email Message Log. All emails should be logged in Email Message Log.
  10. In the announcement to version 4.2.1, the following was described. "Cron Job - added the ability to skip certain sections of the cron when calling it with passing of flags" Where is the documentation for this new feature, I can't seem to find it?
  11. Just installed the new version and love the sub-accounts. I just tried a mass payment involving a normal invoice and a PayPal subscription invoice. Unfortunately, the mass payment converted the subscription invoice into a single payment and combined the invoices together into one single payment. When you create a product, you can indicate a payment and a subscription for PayPal which works nicely. Is there a way for Mass Payment to do this? If someone has a subscription invoice and attempts a mass payment, it won't be a subscription according to my tests.
  12. When I have an invoice (say #173) paid by a customer by PayPal, the invoice number listed in WHMCS changes to a lower number (#9). When I click on that number, the correct invoice number is listed at the top of the page, but in the box the lower number is listed. What is going on?
  13. I thought cron piping only worked on the domain that whmcs was installed on (in my case, domainx).
  14. My support department is set up to open tickets via piping when clients email support@domainx.com, which works fine. As I have multiple sites, I would like clients who email to support@domainy.com to also be able to open tickets. So, I have set up a CPanel forwarder from support@domainy.com -> support@domainx.com. However, these tickets are not imported. The Import log shows Department not found. Not sure why the forwarded emails are not imported. Any suggestions?
