  1. Hi @SubZeroFX, This is the first report of such an error. Please can you share: The current Recurring Amount and billing cycle of Service ID 117031. The price for that billing cycle of the current product assigned to Service ID 117031. The monthly price of Product ID 7.
  2. Hi @jaysonvds, Yes I suspect the graph issue is related. In the meantime you can see today's data if you click the "Last 30 Days" filter button, or use the graph on the Billing > Transactions List page.
  3. Hi @DennisHermannsen, I appreciate the point you raise, we did highlight the domain question in the feature request a few months ago. There is good reason for keeping this functionality super simple; every time we've approached this idea over the years we've identified more and more potential carve-outs and exceptions, requiring increasingly complex and potentially opaque logic. Attemting to implement all this would have resulted in a huge scope of work, causing it to be deferred. Throughout, the feedback we received from users is that the solution should be simple, so that's what we've delivered. I hope that by making the logic simple to understand, admins can consider whether the feature meets their needs and easilly configure it if so.
  4. Hi @DennisHermannsen The documentation describes the exact logic that's applied: https://docs.whmcs.com/Automation_Settings#Enable_Auto_Cancellation Personally I'd set the Days Overdue setting equal to your Termination Days or Redemption Period settings, whichever is longer.
  5. Hi testers! One of the new features added in WHMCS 8.10 Release Candidate 1 is Automatic Cancellation for Overdue Invoices. Enabling you to automate the process of removing old overdue invoices. During the pre-release testing we want to hear about your experiences with this feature. Some potential starting points for discussion are: What was your experience activating and configuring this feature in Automation Settings? Were overdue invoices cancelled as expected? Does the Invoice Note contain useful information to help your admins understand why an invoice was cancelled? In addition to resolving any errors which might occur, understanding any pain points is of particular interest to us. Your input will help us tweak messaging in the product or documentation and publish support articles. Thanks for your help in the pre-release testing!
  6. I think I found a bug, what do I do? Tell us. Description - Description of the issue. Steps to Reproduce - Steps for us to reproduce the potential bug - please be as detailed as possible to allow us to diagnose the issue. Expected Results/Additional Notes - Any additional information or notes to assist us. Severity Rating - The severity of the potential bug being reported.
  7. We're excited to announce the beta release of WHMCS 8.10. Be among the first to try out the new features and functionality by getting involved in the beta today. With this in mind we need your help! The aim with pre-releases is to have them used in as many different configurations and scenarios as possible. There are so many different ways to leverage the functionality available in WHMCS, and so many modules, customizations and add-ons, that nothing beats real-life testing and feedback. Ultimately this allows us to provide a level of Quality Control and Assurance that goes beyond what we can simulate in the lab, and benefits everyone. And we don't just want to know about things that are broken. It is equally as beneficial to us for you to tell us when you test something and it works as it should, as it is knowing about things we've broken. So please, keep us informed, tell us what you've tried, and what the results were, good or bad, and for those who contribute the most, we'll make sure you are recognized for it. 😃 If you haven't had the chance make sure you check out the Preview Site & Release Notes to learn about all the changes!
  8. Hi all, This should now be resolved. Please let me know if you're experiencing the issue.
  9. Hi @sol2010, I'm please to advise this has been addressed in 8.10: https://docs.whmcs.com/Changelog:WHMCS_V8.10.0_RC_1#Project_Management_Addon
  10. Hi @donostiarra, Thank you for this report. Case #CORE-19178 is open with our developers in order to have this reviewed for future releases. Once we resolve cases and push features they are available at our change log, here: https://changelog.whmcs.com/ I apologize for the inconvenience, and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this. Thanks again for taking the time to report your findings.
  11. Hi all, I don't have any information to share on implementing newer versions of Bootstrap at present. Thank you @Evolve Web Hosting for sharing some information on what you'd use the new BS5 features for, that's helpful for us to know.

An issue has been identified in the 8.9.0 release, published on 6th March 2024, that can cause an error in the daily automation cron payment capture task: ERROR: TypeError: WHMCS\Module\Gateway\paypal_ppcpv\API\Entity\VaultedPaypalPaymentSource::withVaultedToken(): Argument #1 ($token) must be of type WHMCS\Module\Gateway\paypal_ppcpv\API\Entity\VaultedToken, null given, called in /path/to/whmcs/modules/gateways/paypal_ppcpv.php on line 0...
  13. Hi @sol2010, This feature was added in response to feedback we received from users directly, particularly from larger organisations for whom it is not desirable for all staff should have the ability to edit invoices. A "Manage" button is provided on all invoice list interfaces to access the invoice management screen one one click, same as before.
  14. Hi @ani_web, This error indicates that your server is unable to verify the SSL certificate provided by Razorpay to establish a secure connection to their system. Once you've confirmed that Razorpay's API has a valid SSL certificate, please ensure you've added the relevant root CA to your server. You may need to contact your server admin/hosting provider to do this.
