  1. Ah, that's what I was doing to work around it, I guess I'll keep on! Thanks for your reply!
  2. Hey guys, For some reason I cannot add or save TLDs in Setup -> Products/Services -> Domain Pricing. I have changed my max_include_vars as high as 1,000,000 but still nothing. Running WHMCS 7.2.3 on PHP 5.6. Any ideas?
  3. Thanks for the response! This is what I kinda figured after spending hours, no days on this . We'll work on an action hook to query the DB and pray they decide to make this available in version 8!
  4. Hey guys, This seems pretty straight forward, but I can't find an answer. When a customer selects a package we automatically append a promotional code depending on the sale we're running. When they go to the configurable options page the prices don't reflect the discount, hence creating TONS of confusions and lots of pissed off emails. For example: https://www.dropbox.com/s/dqoejwh1if102tn/Screenshot%202017-09-22%2015.46.54.png?dl=0 You can see, we've added "Discounts Apply On Checkout" to try to clear it up, but it sure would be nice to show the discounted monthly rate here. Any help is much appreciated! I'm willing to pay if it takes something custom!
  5. Did you do the upgrade through your web browser or manually uploading the files? The last two updates have went just fine with us through the browser. But the one or two before that we had a lot of issues so had to manually upload them. This also was the case for many of our customers that use WHMCS.
  6. Inside WHMCS Admin -> Setup -> General Settings -> Ordering tab -> Check: Block Existing Domains
  7. It's an extremely bold move anytime a company has to raise pricing, and I actually admire WHMCS for doing it. I've always thought their product was under-valued but much of this can be contributed to the crowded market in the early 2000s. Look how many "good" web hosting software companies actually stuck around. Most everyone that was around in the late 90's/early 2000s are gone. They under sold their products and couldn't keep up with the support and development costs. Personally, I was REALLY concerned how this would effect us as a Reseller, since we provide a free WHMCS license with some of our packages. However, we've made adjustments on our end, and along with their new licensing plugin things are actually going quite smooth. I know there are some that are never going to be happy about the increase in price and I'm sure they have reasons that make sense. But looking at the industry in a long-term perspective, I believe they're moving in a positive direction that will allow them to continue to be innovative all while keeping up with their current support and development needs. Just my two cents .
  8. Check your PHP memory limit as well as the dependencies: https://docs.whmcs.com/System_Requirements If your web host is Reselling it, they obviously have these, but something maybe amiss. Also check your permissions. I always recommend new users install through softaculous inside of cPanel which also maybe an option for you .
  9. I've also been wondering this for quite sometime now. I have one WHMCS installation that I use to distribute software. One of the Add-ons is for a "professional installation" so when they order we create a new ticket so we know to get their info. We've been manually watching the que and then using the pre-defined replies to insert the information we need in a ticket. Would be nice to have it automatically submit a ticket with the requested info, but I've yet to find it. Following this thread!
