I'm pretty upset about the support provided by the WHMCS team. I have been for several days with an open ticket (# KKK-729818) because the cron job of my WHMCS has stopped working, it executes but no automatic action is performed. I always receive an email with the following content:

No cron automation tasks performed
---
It's been almost 1 month that no invoice is being generated automatically, no billing reminder is being sent, no ticket is being automatically closed. That is, my company is totally stopped, depending on a help coming from WHMCS support.
But I am getting very inadequate support, the team responds to me as if I am doing something wrong, or if the problem did not exist, rather than actually assisting me in this problem by looking at my WHMCS.
I am very sad about this, I am opening this complaint here in the forum because I do not know what else to do. Only you look for ticket # KKK-729818 and you will have all the information you need.
