  1. I'm pleased to confirm that this issue has been resolved, with the help of the WHMCS support desk staff. The issue related to us migrating over to a new hosting setup, but the installation remained live on our old hosting provider & mail server too (rookie error), so emails were being fired out from both installations and causing the confusion for customers & ourselves alike!

Hello, Since we added Stripe as a payment module and made it our default, clients are getting spammed daily with the following emails; This is a notice to remind you that you have an invoice due on 09/08/2017. We tried to bill you automatically but were unable to because we don't have your credit card details on file. Invoice Date: 26/07/2017 Invoice #459 Amount Due: £15.00GBP Due Date: 09/08/2017 These emails are being sent daily to clients, even when clients have already paid the invoices listed and they are marked as paid! Via the client portal, everything relating to the invoice numbers looks normal. I have even tried cancelling the invoices and it still doesn't stop. It's getting beyond a joke and customers are leaving. I have also disabled the following email via emails templates; How on earth are the emails still being sent out DAILY when I've disabled it? Here's my automation settings; What settings are causing this? And what misconfiguration is causing payment reminders to be sent for invoices which have already been paid, and mark paid and completed via the client area? If anyone can please shed some light on where I'm going wrong. It's costing us significant amounts of business as customers feel they are being harassed!

  4. Today I ran the autoupdate script to update to 7.2.3. Before updating it warned me to backup the following files as they had custom edits which would be overwritten; all.css all.min.css custom.css styles.css lang/english.php clientregister.tpl logo.png I backed up the files and then reuploaded them after the update completed, selecting overwrite. The update was successful but the header alignment is now broken. See below; The files from time of backup to time of upload after the update were not changed in any way. Can somebody shed some light on why this has happened? And offer a solution? Website (remove the asterisks); quality*client*area.com Thank you for any assistance you can offer.
  5. Title says it all really! We are looking to move away from PayPal but we are finding a good number of merchants/payment processors do not accept Web Hosting related businesses. Can anybody shed some light on 'web hosting friendly' payment processors?
  6. Hi Folks, I'm looking to add a large image to the homepage of the Six theme. I've attached a screenshot of where I want the background image to display. Where the dark blue currently shows and the text "Welcome to the Quality Client Area :: Web Management Services". Can somebody please shed some light on how to do this? Thanks,
  7. Hi, We have signed up with Stripe and attempted to integrate the payment gateway via the standard WHMCS stripe module. We have installed a COMODO POSITIVE SSL certificate and an SSLLABS test shows TLS 1.2 protocol compatibilty; https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=qualityclientarea.com Stripe requires TLS 1.2 as default. It seems our server configuration is still not forcing TLS 1.2, as we're getting the following error when attempting test transactions; . We are looking to hire someone who can force the 1.2 protocol on our server and fix this issue so payments go through.
