  1. Valid point, but this option could have just as easily been labeled "Select one" or something other than "None" to avoid confusion. Logic could have also been used to either warn or error out when the "None" option is selected, if it wasn't intended to be used as a valid option. I guess it's just my OCD combined with confusion as to why we can't have a billable item without an automation task attached. Fortunately we only had a handful of items that required changes. *shrug*
  2. If the "Auto Release" module is the recommended option, why even have "None" as an option? IMO, "None" should should do what it says... Bypass all automation tasks upon item renewal.
  3. Greetings, Many thanks to all who responded. I have found someone to complete this project for us. Brian
  4. We're looking for a quote on creating a custom export report. Source code is a must as the report may need to be modified in the future. This report is a modification of the Transaction Export report. The export report should default to reporting on the previous month of credit card transactions (first to last day of the PREVIOUS month), however variable date range search is also necessary. Required output data columns are as follows: Date, Client Name, Company Name, Client State, Invoice ID, Amount In, Fees, Amount Out, Tax Exempt The fields Client Name, Company Name, Client State, Tax Exempt, should be pulled from the client profile. The Tax Exempt status should be a simple Y/N letter (0/1 would work as well) -- need to be able to sort on this field after importing data into a spreadsheet. I've tried to modify the existing transaction export report, but I could not get the company name, state, or tax exempt status to output (resulting report was always empty if these fields were included in the search). Attached is a screenshot what I ended up with (just need the missing fields I mentioned). Thanks, Brian
  5. Any chance of getting a hotfix or patchfile for this individual issue? We cannot downgrade to PHP 7.2 either, yet need to work with billable items. Thanks, Brian
  6. I have both WHMCS and Plesk support looking into this issue, but figured I'd ask here if anyone has encountered a similar problem. Adding hosting service to a client account where there's multiple options in a configurable option group always causes WHMCS to return an error: Adding a service to a client account when there's only one option in the option group does not produce an error. If WHMCS returns an error, the domain is still created in Plesk, but sans any configurable options. I can run the upgrade/downgrade procedure on the same account/service and add or remove options without issue. The only time I run into problems is during the initial module create procedure. Both WHMCS (v7.2.2) and Plesk (Linux v17.5.3 update #10) are fully updated. Anyone experienced a similar problem? Thanks, Brian
