  1. Hi, We are trying to setup a email campaign, it has one image and the rest text. It looks great now sending to desktop PCs under high resolution. However when viewing it on a phone, it causes the text to shrink to the point of barely being able to read it. I was hoping it would be responsive by default. Removing the image confirms the size of it is causing the problem. We would like this image to be on the campaign, does anyone know a way we can get it to be responsive so if its say below 400px it goes to a certain size and thus keeps text readable? I tried inserting a line to link CSS but it strips that out when i go back to design mode. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you
  2. Hi. Hopefully someone can help as struggling to find a reason for this. We have a product addon setup for recurring billing yearly. Its not prorata but we have issues with the due dates it creates based on method of purchase. If the customer buys online. It sets invoice date today, due date about 2 weeks from now and service period from today + 1 year which is pretty much perfect (somereason the addon management due date is todays date but invocie date 2 weeks time?) Matching the settings it creates and doing a manual order has different behaviour. It does not add 2 weeks to the due date and makes it due today and sends a reminder out on next cron which looks bad on us for chasing the customer so soon. If we dont copy the web order and do what we expect the settings to be, manual order with todays date and set due date for X weeks time, it then shifts the service period to start from X weeks time which we dont want. How can we make a manual addon order for todays date, due date in X weeks and service period starting on todays date simliar to when a customer orders. 🤔 Thank you
  3. Hi guys, We are trying to setup WHMCS up with multiple suppliers. Basically we use supplier 1 as our main hosting supplier who supplys our domains aswell. Unfortunately they offer no cPanel offerings. So we want to take on supplier 2 to offer cPanel hosting packages, the 2nd supplier is a domain registrar as well. As for the life of me i cannot see a way to define which domain registrar is used when a package is ordered, it looks like you can only have 1 for it all apart from different one for different TLDs. The issue we foresee is that when a customer signs up for a package from the 2nd suppliers server and orders a domain with it - the domain will run the nameservers of supplier 1? If this happens then the cPanel hosting will be provisioned but the domain looking to supplier 1 instead of 2 I'm hoping there is a way around this as i can imagine this is a issue for many whmcs customers? Appreciate any help 😀
  4. Hi guys, wonder if someone might be able to figure this out. I'm having issues with emails from the whmcs system using the support system. When a ticket is created it should email 2 people and bcc in to another. What i am finding is sometimes it will email as it should but at other times it only emails one of them. One is an administrator and one is a support op. I have tried loggin out of both and loggin in as a customer but it still has done it. I dont think its just a case its not being received, when its not doing it - the email does not have the 2nd person in the list. So i dont think its a spam or email communication problem. Anyone know what maybe controlling this behaviour? cheers
  5. Hi, Maybe i am wrong but i cannot see anywhere on WHMCS where we can allow a customer to view his balance he has? So if he goes and spends £200 on via Add Funds, he has no means how to check this. Anyone know how we can enable this? Cheers
  6. Hi guys, wonder if you can help. Still learning WHMCS. Ive got it linked up to my supplier fine, however sometimes i need to manually add domains to my supplier then link it up on WHMCS. I just transfered a domain over to my supplier for a customer which set to expire May next year. On WHMCS ive gone to add a order, put the domain in and set to transfer but no where here can i indicate what the renewal date should be but can only set a min of 1 year registration. But its a domain transfer?? So WHMCS emails the customer informing them renewal is a year from today but it should be reoccuring in May 2018. I know i can amend this but is there a way to get it correct in the first place? ;) Cheers Samantha
  7. Hi, Does anyone know if there is a testing mode for domain registrations. Our hosting API is working with out supplier and ive setup the domain registra but i cannot test without spending real £ on domains i dont really want. Any way we can test this? Thanks :!:
  8. Hi guys, Please excuse me but i am a total novice with WHMCS. Please can someone explain how i go about having the ability for a customer to place a order for a domain on my WHMCS installation and have it auto create this entry in plesk? is this possible? My supplier informs me i have to go through a registrar but i wanted to order directly from them They do there own module but not quite sure how to implement it Thanks.
  9. thanks for the reply. I know you can limit it at the customer cPanel level but you cant via WHM that I know off? We have a bunch of email only packages sold to customers and cant move onto WHM when you cant limit the mailboxes. Looks like it was requested about 3 years ago as a feature addon and getting some limelight recently but still who knows when it maybe out. Good to know on the other point, thanks a lot
  10. Hi guys, We are looking to swap suppliers for our hosting. Our new supplier servers are linux running WHM/cPanel or Plesk. WHM does not work for us as you cannot limit email mailbox sizes so we are going for plesk with WHMCS. What i would like to know is, can WHMCS support both Plesk and WHM/cPanel with 1 licence all in 1 WHMCS login area? Our supplier gives us the option for a little extra £ to provide both control panels to customers but i cant seem to find an answer to this anyway and not keen on having to pay for 2 licences per month. Much appreciated
