I'm having the same problem I configured for the cron to be activated at 9am and it does at 3am, I could indicate how to fix this

After an update I see that the tickets arrive with -6 Hours and shows them with negative time on the server I am using the America/El_Salvador time zone, the same problem I see in the Cron Job Activity I have it programmed so that it activates at 9am and the system does at 3am.
