Hello, good day, recently we move our whmcs to our new hosting, everything works great except this error: Error en el registro CURL Error: 35 - Unknown SSL protocol error in connection to httpapi.com:443 (IP: Moved Permanently The document has moved here. & 62.210.214.28) I think than probably the connection with resellerclub is failing, because the error is displayed in sections than requires connect to resellerclub. searching across the internet I've found than would be the SSL curl version, I've found a few solutions than require change the php code but obviously it's not possible because the whmcs code is encrypted. Anyone has had this issue, do you know how solve it?..thank you so much!!!

Hello, good day, we move our whmcs to other domain to <domain>/miportal , we reissue our licence and change the url in the db following these steps https://www.whmcs.guru/tips-and-tricks/whmcs-tips-tricks-changing-whmcs-url/ now we can access correctly to the admin area but when we try to access to the client area we get a many redirections error, actually this run perfectly all the admin area but fails with the client area we're not sure if the problem could be caused because we're running a WP in the root route <domain>..we exclude the folder miportal from the wordpress rewrite rules # BEGIN WordPress <IfModule mod_rewrite.c> RewriteEngine On RewriteBase / RewriteRule ^index\.php$ - [L] RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !^/(miportal|miportal/.*)$ RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d RewriteRule . /index.php [L] </IfModule> # END WordPress but this doesnt work... what could be the issue here?..I appreciate any help, thank you so much thank you guys and have a wonderful day

thanks for the reply webton, the default currency is Venezuelan Bolivar (ISO CODE VEF) I've changed the code correctly (thanks) now I don't understand so much the step for change the default currency, basically I'll need change VEF for USD and the currency rates and symbol, replacing the details for bolivar to dollars? thank you so much - - - Updated - - - ok I've found this video and it's basically what you told me...we need change the information for the default currency we did this step and works ok but unfortunately when we try a bulk pricing updater seems than this fails because it don't found any item, seems than the currency change affects this tool do you know what could be the issue here? thank you

Hello, good day, we've some problems trying to reconfigure the currency in our whmcs, right now the default currency is Bs but we wan't to change it because we need than will be american dollar... we setup the dollar currency and we put 1.0000 as Base conversion rate, then we go to Bs currency but isn't enable the input box for Base conversion, please refer to the image what could be the best way for change the default currency to US dollar? we tried changing the prefix,currenc code and value from Bs to dollar for the default currency, then we change also the dollar to Bs for the second currency, unfortunately this mades a mess in our whmcs and the Bulk Pricing Updater stop working please let me know how can achieve this, thank you!!!
