  1. Hello, pretty new on this community but a long time user of WHMCS. I don't know where to search for in this community, my english isn't that good, sorry !! My problem is the following: Since 3 weeks i run the latest version of WHMCS. I had to update my phpversion and ioncube to update WHMCS to 8.6.1. I also did a price update for all products. Everything is working fine now behalve.... invoices for more then 1 product. If a customer have (for example) 3 products register on the same day he do get 3 invoices. This problem wasn't there before the update i did. Can this problem simple be solve?? Thanks already!! Emile
  2. Just a 'switch on/off' button in the configurationsettings will do 🙂
  3. i also looking for such addon, so if annybody have a solution....
  4. I did update manual. I will open a support ticket, hope they can fix things for me!! Thank you so far Brian, your help is much appreciated!!
  5. Thanks again Brian! I went through the links you've send and try several things... non of them did help 😞 whmcs bridge haven't change since the update... I appreciate your notice of the missing fontawesome icon!! No idea what to do now....
  6. Thanks Brian. I did play with the URL option but it didn't help. Another url is giving no problems for example: ?rp=/knowledgebase or ?rp=/announcements it's only ?rp=/download that is giving this error Update the whmcs version.... should this solve the issue for sure?? Updating to another version is a lot of work because of some theme issue's i'm running into...
  7. Hello folks, I update my whmcs to 7.7.0 since a few weeks on php 5.6. Since the last update to whmcs 7.7.0 i get an error when a client log in and goes to 'Downloads": ?rp=/download The error that is showing is this one: HTTP Error:22/The requested URL returned error: 500 Internal Server Error at https://example.com/panel/index.php?rp=%2Fdownload&systpl=six How can this be solve?? Thanks already for any help!!
  8. I'm willing to spend some money for a add on that is solving the invoice/add fund issue. Name: Emile (Virtual Partners)
  9. Okay folks, step by step....... i'm ready to make a list with people who are interested to let develop a add on to solve this problem. Can you please 'quote' to the post below with your name if you are interested to spend some money for it? If we have a few people together, then we can start 'off-line' making a list with functions, do's and don'ts and so on.....
  10. Yes thanks, but i first want to know if there are people who are willing to share the costs of developping.
  11. Brian, thanks a lot for your input here, this is much appreciated!!! Are there any people here who are willing to spend some money to let a addon created??
  12. Folks, i'm so happy that you both agree on the issue and explain exactly what i think. Thanks !!! I agree too that whmcs should fix this asap !!! I'm a pretty new user so i have a new license that i pay for every month..... but for the time that it is not fix..... do you think this problem could be fix with a hook????
  13. I'm glad somebody can tell in correct English what i exactly mean... mine English is to bad In a next update of whmcs it would be great if the invoices function could be set on/off for the 'add fund'. Any chance on that?? How do others solve this problem?
  14. Yes indeed, so it looks like.... That is not good indeed because of the invoice numbering.... What i do now until we have a solution is cancel the invoice after it is created. Then it is still there so the numbering is no issue. And then i ask client to ignore that invoice. But it is not that professional.
