  1. Hi I am working on building a new module/addon for our primary registrar, so that we can register, transfer and renew domains using the registrars EPP service. I do however have one problem, as the transfer of domains require us to insert the NIC-handle of the registrant during transfer, as well as having to use the same handles to check the domain status (active / suspended). How can we extend the WHMCS domain information with this, as well as provide the option to input the registrant NIC-handle during domain registration/transfer. If this is not possible, then I would have to create a seperate system to handling this information, so that WHMCS just gives whatever information it has and then we can handle everything except for reusing an existing NIC-handle for registration/transfer of domains.
  2. Hi We are in the proces of migrating all Linux hosting accounts to a new WHM platform and want to utilize the server status page provided by WHMCS. The guide on the WHMCS documentation states to upload this to a hosting account on the server, but since we have multiple servers, that could become an issue. How would I make it so that when I visit the server hostname of IP-address, that I can go to /status and see the server status page. Fx. srv01.myhosting.com/status should show the status page as well as visits to the server IP-address if possible. I tried adding this to the /var/cpanel/webtemplates/root/english/status folder, but it does not seem to be working. We also have a windows environment running Plesk, but there it should be quite simple to create a PHP-enabled website and add that status page files to there. Can we do the same for WHM/cPanel or should it be done differently there?
  3. As we speak, one of my coworkers is working on a ticket with the technical team.
  4. Hi We do not get any errors at all. It just shows the installation screen stating that all requirements have passed and that no previous WHMCS installation was detected.
  5. Hi Yes. We do connect to the V5 install, since the configuration.php is there and it is readable.
  6. Hi We have recently bought one of our competitors and with that we also got a WHMCS installation, which for reason was not update beyond version 5.3 However we are now facing an issue with the upgrade process. We have followed the upgrade guide and made backups as needed. We did also overwrite the files from the V5 installation with the new V7.1.2 files and tried to complete the upgrade, but it does not detect the WHMCS installation although all requirement checks are passing and the configuration.php is there. The old installation was running on PHP 5.4.45 and when upgrading to WHMCS 7.1.2, we also upgraded PHP to version 7.0.17 Is there a way to update directly to WHMCS 7.1 or should I go through some other versions in between and how do I get access for downloading these or is this the kind of upgrade that requires assistance from the WHMCS technical team.
