  1. I now understand that the billable items table (tblinvoicesitems) relates to the invoices table (tblinvoices) via tblinvoices.id = tblinvoiceitems.invoiceid. Would anyone know how i can add this logic into this reporting tool so that I can add the associated billable item to the invoice.
  2. Hi all, I would like to simply add another field into the invoices exporting tool found under Reports > Invoices > Exports (invoices.php file). This field is called 'description' and relates to the billable item associated with the invoice, an example of this field can be found under Client profile > Billable items. How would I go about adding this to the exporting tool?
  3. I don't really see how this could help but I will try regardless and ill post back here if the issue persists. Thanks for the help.
  4. Hi ChrisD, Thanks for the fast reply, and yes I am using a customized theme. The same issue is actually with both template. We can also rule out browser cache as it is multiple happening on multiple machines. I checked the location of the templates_c folder in the confiuration.php file and it says it should be on my route WHMCS directory. Is it not there. Does this mean it has been deleted?
  5. Hi WHMCS Community, Recently I have changed the invoice pdf template file for my server. When I did this, I ensured that I cleared the template cache, and ensured that the correct template in general settings is selected; all was working. A week or so later i have been noticing only occasionally, some invoices (new and old) are using the old template. This can be fixed by re-clearing the cache and re-saving general settings, or adding the '&systpl=xxx'. This is strange because the template field under general settings has not been changed. Why does it sometimes pull from the wrong template file? Also note: I could not locate the templates_c folder on the server. Thanks in advance
