Previously we only have 1 server, that is A this is the order link domain/whmcs/cart.php?a=add&pid=1 now we add new server, in different location, that is B this is the order link domain/whmcs/cart.php?a=add&pid=2 i want if client ordered from B link : domain/whmcs/cart.php?a=add&pid=2 , they will get B location but currently after client ordered, they still get A location what could be wrong in our settings, to get correct server location as ordered like above? Nb. - When creating new product for B location before, in Setup > Products/Services > Servers, i already set B to be the default server and Setup > Products/Services > Products/Services > Module Settings > WHM Package Name, its already correct fetched Pakcages list from B server - I still dont know how to use Setup > Products/Services > Servers > Groups how its looks like if used? is it like this?: Group A > Selected Servers > add A server, only 1 server Group B > Selected Servers > add B server, only 1 server for Fill Type which one?

try click the server name, or star sign (*) near it, in yourdomain/whmcs/configserver.php page

ok already created a support ticket & the problem solved here is the support says : You did not have a server set as the active server, so the module page could not check for packages. I set your server1 server to active by clicking on it (which adds an asterisk to the end), and now the module settings page is working as intended. the problem is solved for me, but anyone know which one he mean in below screenshot, i dont see text 'set as the active server', just in case anyone else is in a similar position:

In Products/Services > Servers > i am using cpanel reseller account Test connection says "SUCCESSFUL!" but in Products/Services > Create a New Product or Edit Product > Module Settings > in "WHM Package Name" always says "No server found so unable to fetch values" screenshot is it only can fetch cpanel/whm that using root? cpanel/whm reseller account cant using it? please help anyone Nb. i already tried another server, that using cpanel root, its worked to fetch whm packages only this server cant fetch the values
