Hi All, Is there a function in WHMCS that will recalculate all pricing for domains and products for clients? I haven't been able to find anything in Documentation or in the Forums . Thanks

I spent some time checking and found no common reasons why it only works for certain clients. I don't have multiple users on any account, only the account owner. Going to spend some more time testing and see if I can find anything that sets these accounts apart.

Thanks for the response Brian. I double checked that and it is checked. I did some more testing and "Allow Login As Owner" works for some client accounts.

Hi All, Since upgrading to 8.1.2 I have been getting this error when I attempt to use the Login As Owner feature. I am logging in as the Full Administrator. Anyone know how to resolve this? Thanks

Thanks Danny, I do have reCAPTCHA v2 setup on all my forms, so this was most likely a human that submitted this. And I agree, who ever this Gary Came is he needs to rethink his marketing strategy.

Hello, I am setting up a product that needs to have a fee calculated on the product total, call it a "Service Fee", it is a percentage. I have tried setting up a tax rule to take care of this but it calculates the fee based on the invoice subtotal, products + setup fee and so on. I need a way to calculate the fee only on the product price and have it added to the invoice. The client can order more than one. How can I do this? Thanks Dean

Thanks for the response bear, I added the code shown in the link you provided but got a white page. I think it has something to do with adding PHP code to a .tpl file. I seem to remember reading somewhere how to do it. Will have to go back and research that. Thanks again...
