  1. I want to create an email service for a small group of people. Using a domain I have e.g. mail.com, I would like clients to sign up and get an email address (myname@mail.com) and access via webmail. This is not native to WHMCS and it has been suggested that I could get a mod developed. Can anyone help?
  2. I want to promote a domain I have as an email service. How can I set up WHMCS to sell single email accounts (using cpanel)?
  3. I have set up some packages using Configurable Package Addon which give option like email accounts, db's, IP address etc. What do I do to allow customers to upgrade their packages/allowances at a later date?
  4. Hiya, I am still very new to WHMCS, so please go easy on me!! I would like to create a sign up process that is stepped, allowing me to add a message alongside each part of the process, similar to the likes of Reg123 or GoDaddy I have installed the configurable package add on and would like each option explained, to allowing a sales justification message to be placed one side of the option list. Is this achievable, maybe template driven? Thanks in advance for your help.
  5. Hi Brian, thanks for your response. That's a little disappointing - what is the point of configurable options if they cannot automatically be provisioned out of the box? Whilst I am not anal about these things, I did read up on the features I needed and cannot see where it says you need to pay extra for this feature, except in the addon pages, except for the addon page, when it is a little too late. Maybe WHMCS is not for me, as there may be some other secrets lurking about for me o stumble upon!
  6. Hiya, I am new to WHMCS and am just finding my way around. I have set up some configurable options (email addresses, storage etc) but am trying to work out how WHMCS provisions this on CPanel - what am I missing?
