  1. Thanks a lot! It works with Russian language, but Chinese invoices are the same.
  2. Yeah, you are right. This issue happens with Russian and Chinese languages. Any idea how to fix it? Is this common issue?
  3. Greetings, we tried to download for first time invoice in .pdf in our WHMCS. And it looks like this. (don't pay attention to placeholder logo in invoices, we are changing it) I guess there are issues with encoding?
  4. Oh boy, switch to Apache did nothing & we are getting new error after successful payment "Invalid Invoice ID."
  5. Still no resolution for our issue. It's been over 3 weeks. We opened ticket since it was WHMCS issue and started to explain our situation. - At first, they could not recreate this issue - The second time they got the same issue and moved to level 2 support - Then again they can't recreate this issue - Finally, they see an issue, asked to do graceful restart for Plesk. Did not help us. - Then support team changes http to https and we start getting infinity loops with 20 minutes down time. - No, apologize about that - Then support team tells to turn off Nginix and try Apache. Now they tell issue is with Nginix configuration - We try to switch off nginix and try apache. Everything gets broken. Again downtime. Have to rollback everything. It's been 3 weeks. Yes, we had to accept every order manually. + Stripe issue is not yet resolved.
  6. I don't think so, since we updated everything was okay. Got respond from Plesk support team:
  7. Greetings, we are facing last days pretty annoying issue with Plesk Onyx and WHMCS. Everything was okay, before. Maybe something happened after new WHMCS version? So, let's get started. In product settings for shared hosting plans, we have enabled "Automatically setup the product as soon as the first payment is received". It was working totally fine since we started using Plesk Onyx and WHMCS. What happens now? Every time then the client is trying to buy shared hosting product Plesk creates automatically account even if payment status is incomplete. No matter what status you have, it's going to create an account and later WHMCS is going to give module action issues because domain exists already. What happens next? - You have to accept order manually - Client does not receive mail with product information - You have to resend mail manually - You get bunch of empty accounts Questions. Where do we need to create a ticket for this issue? Plesk or WHMCS? Thanks.
  8. That's awesome! I am going to use hooks now more often. Than you very much! Now I don't need to worry about RUB and Stripe payments for a while. Hope WHMCS will push soon update.
  9. I am trying to hide this one CSS didn't help that much, I can hide dropdown menu, but it's going to look ugly http://nkv.name/screenshots/2017-03-13_184429.png P.S Didn't even noticed you can choose currency in sidebar then you are choosing product. Thanks.
  10. Stupid questions, but there I am suppose to put this hook? Edit: I found /includes/hooks what next? After creating new .php file and putting this hook is not enough. What, else do I need to do? Followed this guide https://developers.whmcs.com/hooks/getting-started/ Do we need different hook, since we have different template? https://my.xeovo.com/register.php
  11. Sad I don't have another WHMCS version for just testing this. I see, i have around 16 active clients with RUB. Can't I just change their currencies, balance and fix transactions? Let's say I see this 1000$ instead of 6$ and just simply fix it in panel? Also what would happen with automatic payment gateway like Stripe? I am just afraid, if its going to take 1000$ every month, after I change currencies. (or i can just remove all RUB transactions)
  12. Man you rock. Going to try today remove currency forever. Do i need to check this hook just in case every update? We had to switch to SMTP to fix this email issue. I hope it was not related to Stripe. Is there any way to change currency for each user manually? I am ready to correct manually everyone's RUB balance and all databases.
  13. Thanks. Actually, I am looking for the way to switch off RUB currency then new clients are registering. We need only RUB for converting then clients are using on Russian payment gateway. Its going to be totally fine if they use USD but we need to enable RUB in settings. Now we have one more issue, because of this. Now every time someone pays with Stripe it does break email also. We wanted to start selling VPS tomorrow, but now it's impossible since people will not get our emails with root passwords and more information. Some clients already missed payment notifications and we are getting pretty negative feedback this week. 3 most important features of every billing system are now broken in WHMCS. Payment gateway (Stripe), multi-currencies & email.
  14. WHMCS team made case #CORE-10912. Still no updates on this issue
  15. Sure. We were just kinda blind. Since we are using USD and RUB, one of users didn't have enough money on balance. Like 0,06 cents, because of exchange rates and old balance was not enough. Minimum deposit is 2,00 in setting, but WHMCS does not care about currency. Then i saw what i got 0,06 cents I automaticlly thought about issues with payment gateways, since we have 2,00$ minumum deposit. But WHMCS does not convert minimum deposit in different currencies, so it was 2,00 RUB.
