Hi Everyone, I use OTRS for our support system and want too re-direct the whmcs support system too it. I know we can't do it properly as its built in, but can we change the buttons/urls within whmcs to re-direct them?

I probably should have mentioned that i'm not a developer, so most of this just means nothing to me. To do these changes would i need to edit the original WHMCS files? Would they not get override in an upgrade?

Hi Everyone, I'm looking for a help with validations for VPS products. My base VPS has 1GB of ram which isn't enough for cpanel to run. How can i create a validation rule to not allow them to order cpanel on this VPS.

Hi everyone, I'm moving away from Plesk to cPanel, we've just imported all the users but a reseller is getting this error when trying to login to cPanel. You do not have permission to create sessions for the user Any ideas?

Hi Everyone, We have two problems with WHMCS at the moment, firstly when a customer using the affiliate link it takes them to the front page to order, then once the customer puts an order through it wipes it and lets them do again, on the second attempt it works fine. Any ideas? 2nd Issue, is that when creating products WHMCS doesn't seem to read the reseller subscriptions from Plesk, if you manually name them it works but nothing else. Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

HI Everyone, I've just upgraded to 7.2.1 and i'm seeing Smarty Errors as below; System Smarty Error: Unable to load template file '/var/www/html/templates/solblu703/error/page-not-found.tpl' Any ideas what's causing this?

Will https://www.whmcs.com/appstore/1294/EPP-WHMCS-Registry-Registrar-Module.html work with Nominet for .co.uk and .uk domain names? Or would i need something else?

Hi Guys, I've been working on this for weeks but can't make any progress. We're running on Cloudlinux 7.3/Plesk Onyx and WHMCS7.01. When i look at that folder I can see the following permissions; [root@enterprise php]# ls -al total 20 drwxr-xr-x 3 root root 4096 Oct 11 18:56 . drwxr-xr-x 55 root root 4096 Nov 16 05:14 .. drwxrwx--- 2 apache apache 12288 Nov 15 17:06 session I adjusted them from; [nathan@enterprise php]$ ls -al total 20 drwxr-xr-x 3 root root 4096 Oct 11 18:56 . drwxr-xr-x 55 root root 4096 Nov 16 05:14 .. drwxrwx--- 2 root apache 12288 Nov 15 17:06 session No matter what I do I can't seem to get this error to disappear? Does that folder need to be writable by a certain user? Nathan
