  1. I'm setting up my WHMCS and am not able to access the Payment Gateways page. Please let me know what could be causing this problem. Tried clicking into a lot of other pages from the dashboard and they are loading without any problems.
  2. Thanks, but would I have to already have the web development and hosting as separate products? Then create a bundle with the two of them together? If they purchase that bundle one time, can I set it up so that for renewals they are only charged only the hosting portion?
  3. I was reading your documentation about domain reselling and saw that your customers get free access to the enom domain reselling services. However I did not sign up for WHMCS directly, but rather through my hosting provider Siteground. Is this feature available to me or just those who signed up directly for WHMCS? I know I don't have access to support, because I did not sign up directly.
  4. I'm new to WHMCS and am trying to set up my products. I have 2 main questions. 1. I want to sell my hosting as a package with web development to clients. So for instance a customer's initial purchase would be $500 which is for both the web development and one year's hosting. However when that year is up, the renewal will be something like $100 per year. How do I set that up in the Pricing tab? Would I enter $500 in the Setup Fee One Time text field and $0 in the Annual text field? then $0 in the Price One Time text field and $100 in the Annual text field? That's how I have it now, but I'm not sure if it is correct. 2. Also, I'm looking to sell the hosting with different types of web development services, each one having its own website. Do I break that down into different groups for each web development service and then create the same two types of basic and advanced hosting for each? Each service will be priced differently for the web development, but the basic and advanced hosting renewals pricing and features are exactly the same. What is the best practice for this type of situation? Also, when my customers get their renewal reminder emails, will I be able to distinguish between the groups? for instance X Hosting for Web Development Service 1 or X Hosting for Web Development Service 2, etc.
  5. Sorry, I'm completely new to WHMCS and just started setting it up. Is that the URL of my WHMCS dashboard once signed in?
  6. I'm trying to set up Paypal as my payment gateway and watching the video tutorial on how to do it. On my Payment Gateway page however, there is no URL like in the video. It just says: (Please ensure Instant Payment Notification (IPN) is enabled under Selling Preferences within your PayPal account leaving the Notification URL empty. For new PayPal Accounts this is enabled by default.) I did just create my Paypal Business account, but wanted to make sure the setting was enabled. So I went there and found that it was disabled. When I click on the Enable option, I get the error message informing me that I must enter a Notification URL. What should I do? Is there a way to get the URL? Please advise, thank you.
  7. Thank you so much for all your help, I will create my products around your advice.
  8. I am trying to find out how I can set a product to be free for the first year and will automatically renew at the price set after the first year is up. I want the hosting to be bundled with my web development. 1. I looked up limited recurring promotions, is that what I would have to use? do my clients have to actually enter a promo code or can this be set up automatically to switch to the renewal price after the first year? 2. Can I set a web development + hosting price at checkout? and just a hosting price for future renewals? ex: $500 upon sign up, but charge them $100 when it comes time to renew? 3. If I have different web development businesses that all sell the same hosting, will I be able to set plans that only show on certain sites and not others? ex, I plan on using the WHMCS Bridge Wordpress plugin for clients to select hosting packages directly from my web development sites, am I able to only show plans associated with that site and hide ones associated with another site?
