Thanks Chris From last few days, we find that even though client has done the payment for the invoice ( Suppose Invoice PAID on 6th Nov 2016 ), client is receiving the 'Third Invoice Overdue Notice' on 11th Nov 2016 which is not good. Though the client has paid the invoice he should not receive any 'Third Invoice Overdue Notice'. Could you please check it and find a solution for it ? I will appreciate if its sorted quickly.

Dear Admin, We are using WHMCS billing system for Webhosting Services. While placing an order for the Hosting services, client is selecting >> Use Existing domain option. Even if the client enters the 'Available Domain' by selecting the 'Use Existing' option, client is able to place an order for the hosting package even if his domain is 'Available for Registration'. Please help us on this as usually if the client enters any ' Available domain' by selecting the 'Use Existing' option then client should be prompted that 'The Domain entered is available for registration'. A request to WHMCS developers to find a solution for this. Thanks and Regards, Ashok Kori.
