  1. WHMCS Support figured out the problem. I have Modules Garden's cPanel extended installed and I didn't switch over the server to use their module instead of cPanel. So the solution was to switch the server type to cPanelExtended.
  2. I don't have a server group configured and the server capacity is way below max. I used it previously to setup another account. The only thing I can think of that changed was the upgrade of the license.
  3. Both are correct. I tested connection successfully fro the cPanel module. I can login to the server using WHMCS Connect. It's just not showing up in the list to approve the order.
  4. I'm using the cPanel Module. It worked previously, Not sure why it is not working now.
  5. I'm unable to accept Pending Orders because no server is being picked up? What can cause that to happen?
  6. Hello all, I am not seeing the login to cPanel link in my client area even though I have the SSO configured. Do I need a special module for this? If so, how do I get it? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
