  1. Hi All, I have just upgraded to current stable version and this morning I woke up to a bunch of of emails with the following error: These are email addresses attached to a POP cron job for support departments. - Checked activity log etc and there is nothing in there. - Tried PHP 7.2 - 7.4 - Tested different cron commands - Tried removing the account and re-adding the department - Tried changing the mail host name. All admins are getting the email even though email notifications are turned off for these support departments. Any ideas? Thanks in advance
  2. Sorry, not sure if this helps but this is at the bottom of every reply You can respond to this ticket by simply replying to this email or through the admin area at the url below. I have also ticked : "Do not send the autoresponder message for new tickets "
  3. CHi All, I have tried searching this community and tried alot of "fixes" but I can't fix the issue. I have 2 departments: Tech Support Accounts and Billing I have email piping setup via cron, the tech support works fine but the accounts and billing creates a kind of loop, it happens every 5 mins - I have the cron set for 5 mins. This is the error I am getting: Ticket #https://www.business.com/members/admin/supporttickets.php?action=viewticket&id=5270 has had a new reply posted by Business Name Accounts and Billing.Status:AnsweredCustomer-ReplyTicket #https://www.business.com/members/admin/supporttickets.php?action=viewticket&id=5270 has had a new reply posted by Business Name Accounts and Billing.Ticket #https://www.business.com/members/admin/supporttickets.php?action=viewticket&id=5270 has had a new reply posted by Business Name Accounts and Billing. There is also some other data in each of the tickets but this always the top line, and adds an additional "response" each time. Hopefully there is an easy fix. Thanks in advance Causion
  4. Hi, I was receiving this error also and updated the hotfix. The cron is not sending any emails at all. In the Automation page it says it has ran but on the main overview it says it has not (since I ran it directly via the shell) If I run the command with all --force it completes and sends me the email. Any ideas?
  5. I actually tried disabling this (Sorry forgot to mention this) with no change at all.
  6. Hi, I have a fresh install of WHMCS, I can navigate everything and it all works OK apart from saving. When ever I try to press save in the configgenera.php page i get the following error: 403 Forbidden A potentially unsafe operation has been detected in your request to this site. I am not getting any errors on the server error logs or any logs within WHMCS itself. I have asked my host to look into the problem and they cant seem to find what is wrong either. I have whmcs installed on another domain on the same host without any problems(same php version etc). Any ideas? Thanks in advance
