Hello By default WHMCS send email in a table which contains logo and body email. This table is not width enough for us, and we also want to change its default color from white to some else. Can you tell me which file (css or .tpl) (please tell directory) should I modify to change default email table? I'm currently on whmcs 7+ Regards

Hello Can you please instruct me how can I change time format on my invoice. Right now I see: Invoice Date: Sunday, February 23rd, 2020 And I want it to be easier, without any names like this one: Invoice Date: 23/02/2020 The same situation with Transaction Date, how can I change it to see normal date without month and day name? I tried in .tpl file, but I see there only such text: $pdf->Cell(0, 6, Lang::trans('invoicesdatecreated') . ': ' . $datecreated, 0, 1, 'L', '1'); And I don't know what should I replace to see normal date? Regards

Hello We have some problems to combine manual payment and subscription. There are two issues: 1. Invoice is generated 7 days before due date. When client have subscription he is informed not to pay it (via if/else in template). But when he go to his account he still see unpaid invoice, and he can pay it manually. Unfortunately almost everyone is doing it. And then after few days paypal is sending next payment for the same invoice, and we have to make refunds all the time. Is there a way to disable manually payment when there is an active subscription? 2. How it is possible - paypal is sending money automatically(subscription), the invoice is paid, and after few hours or on the next day, the client is paying the same invoice second time manually? And clients just don't change their country and most of them have default one. And this important for tax. Can you help?

Hello Have two question : 1. Is there a way to force clients to confirm they email before they can make an order? Lately there are some guys that opened accounts and made orders, but they use not theirs emails addresses, and whmcs is sending many emails (about order, invoice, invoice reminder etc.) to this emails. After that we were accused of sending spam... so how to prevent to make order before email is confirmed, as it is in other sites... this is normal... 2. We have written many tickets, and sometimes we wish to find some text to just copy/paste to another ticket. But filtering is not working, it can only find words in topic, but not in ticket body. Is there a way to search in ticket body ? thanks regards

hi Is there any way invoices were save in pdf automatically after paid? Or send to admin email after were paid? So far I discovered that I can manually download pdf file from admin, but it's time consuming. thx

hello I'm now on WHMCS 7.0 Please tell me if it is possible - I want in admin panel in invoice/transaction sub-menu see also exact time with hours and minutes when invoice was created. Now I see only date like - 05/10/2016, and it's not enough.If you have 70 invoices from one day you really don't know if this invoice is from morning or from evening, you have to open each one. Same situation in client area, client see only something like this - Wednesday, October 5th, 2016, but where is an hour? When he has 15 invoices in one day he really can not distinguish them. Please tell me if I can change it in whmcs admin, or in .tpl file? I just found - Client Date Format - but there is no hours... ty
