Hello, i am using WHMCS 6.3.1 Since 1-2 day i get the Error once in the cart the "continue" button clicked, than after 2 min.: Please correct the following errors before continuing: Failed to connect to MySQL: Connection timed out Screeshot: http://prntscr.com/ez1iit Please note, all other WHMCS funtions works fine, so the access to mysql active and also works. There was also no changes since past last month on the basic WHMCS System. How can i get out the MySQL Errors, if i activate the "SQL Debug Mode" ? Or how can solve this issue basically ? Hi, how can i limit a free product/service only onetime to a client? I just want that a client order the free product/service only onetime with his account. I just want prvent some Spam cients, that make multiple order for the free producht or service. I would be happy about every ideas or excitement. Kind regards

Hello Community Members, we use WHMCS + Licensing Addon for selling our Linux DVB Streaming/Broadcasting Software. If the customers order the software, they will get after payment theier License-Key that is generated by the WHMCS Licensing Addon for done the installtion successful. After installing the Software successful, our Software generate a "Serial-Key" (hardware bound, unique on every machine) in to a text File. So the Clients can use the Software only this Machine (Server). The Problem: We need add each "Serial-Key" to our Custom MySQL Database manually. What we need? A Solution, where our Clients can add the generated "Serial-Key" in to a Text Field from the WHMCS Client area and save/edit or re-issue it. Important is that has got "Auto Terminate" function, if the client didn't pay the next Recurring Charge. We are Thankful for each proposal or idea. We are also ready to pay for a custom adjustments.
