Would need to know more details regarding your server module that is assigned for this product where this error occurs. If you provide a link to your WHMCS, we could also assess some aspects of your orderform template.

You can export/import database, but this would not preserve any customizations made in your WHMCS files and any third-party modules would require reinstallation. There are probably some cases, where the above is acceptable, but it's important to acknowledge in case you were relying on any custom modules or code.
