  1. Anyone know where I can find the actual iconset that WHMCS uses throughout the frontend and admin areas? I have also seen the same iconset used in other places as well (firefox web developer toolbar for example). Thanks, Kyle
  2. I have this same issue as well. I refunded the customers overpayment, yet WHMCS keeps crediting.
  3. Hey guys, I just upgraded to v3.6.2 from v3.5.1. I noticed that there should be some new options for 2checkout gateway (password), but this didn't seem to get added when I upgraded. If I would deactivate, and reactive the 2co gateway, the new options would be generated in the database I'm sure, but unfortunately, I have a lot of clients using 2co, so it wont let me deactivate it. Can someone active the 2CO gateway, and then export their tblpaymentgateways table from their database and post or PM it to me? You can delete any other gateway value information so you aren't sharing passwords or whatever. I just need all the tco named rows. Thanks!
  4. My support renewal is coming up and I see it is $44.95. Is this $44.95 renewal just for one more year, or lifetime? -Kyle
  5. Our design was stolen as well -- by another WHMCS user. Sad. http://websolvents.com http://hostelite.net I've also been thieved by a forum user here: "Dominic Quick". Created a website design for his hosting business (Hastings Hosts). He paid, then did a CC chargeback after I sent him everything. Just gets ridiculous sometimes. What can ya do, eh?
  6. We're also having issues with people paying twice, and creating multiple paypal subscriptions. I raised this issue earlier, as I think it needs to be "re-thought".
  7. Hey Matt, In the spam control filters, are the subject submissions blocked only if it matches exactly what I have entered for it to block? I assume yes. Is there any way to have a wildcard entry for it to block. For example, I want to block all tickets that have the word "viagra" in them, since obviously my customers won't be inquiring about that (I hope, lol). Thanks, Kyle
  8. Hey Matt, When you edit the "Invoice Number" in the options area of an invoice, it takes the value and stores it, but the invoice still stays it's original number. Kyle
  9. I understand the idea behind the new system, and see obvious benefits. However, I still think it needs some refining. My only fear is that I am going to have to manage multiple subscription creations due to people not understanding their payment is going to happen automatically (usually after their first couple of bills or so). No matter how many times you tell them, there is always going to be the ones that don't read and do it anyway. One idea that would help solve my problem would be that if the subscription field on their account is populated (meaning that client is obviously using paypal subscriptions with you, and not manual paypal), then do not display the subscription button in the invoice/email. Instead, display just a short clause such as "It appears you are using a PayPal subscription with us. You will be billed automatically via your active subscription". Or display the clause and a button that says "Pay Anyway". I know this probably isn't a solid solution, just my idea.
  10. Correct. From what I see, this is not the current case. I use to have the invoices generated and marked paid after the client's subscription went through (for keeping track of payments/transactions). I liked how that worked in v3.3. Now I have users that are getting invoices with buttons to create subscriptions, when they already have an active subscription... How can you generate an invoice for something thats already paid?. An invoice is a bill, not a receipt. It was an option in v3.3. For paypal subscriptions, you could have the system automatically generate an invoice and mark it paid after a subscription payment was received. If you didn't do that, then there was no archive of previous transactions made via a subscription (for the client). It pretty much served as a receipt for subscriptions.
