  1. Same here, missing useful information, but also It never sends third and last reminders, any one has the same problem?
  2. I saw the logo in the footer in my no-branded license, well i did not like it but had no time to write. For many years i have an unbranded WHMCS Today a customer called me and mention that was a rumor that my company was bought by WHMCS and they showed the footer with whmcs logo as proof I had to do some explaning that it was the accounting program etc... but the rumor has spread in Colombia. Well guys you have to think placing a logo in companies that pay for unbranded can affect us, and if affect our companies we will stat looking for alternatives, and will not recommend WHMCS to our colleagues. Dont get me wrong I do like Whmcs, but forcing a logo in the customer documents can make our customers loose trust on our companies. Hope you guys take this in consideration now there are competitors out there looking for whmcs faitfull customers. ------
  3. Found an ioncube error Ioncube resolved in Cpanel running: /scripts/phpextensionmgr install IonCubeLoader After that I got a blank page, so in the configuration file placed statement $display_errors = true; and showned an error in one of the language files we were translating.
  4. After upgrading passwords became 25 characters when I Reset & Send Password on the profile. 0pee8E0tP2+OVXaFWYeC2Q== changing General Settings ---> Security ---> Required Password Strength has no "effect" Thank you
  5. Has any one had the same problems. Also is sending, reminders of invoices that are already paid.
  6. Since about a week I´been having problems that are driving me crazy, and customers angry. Customers that already paid are getting mails asking for payment and in some cases it will suspend the wriong client. For example a customer got this email Customer: Peter A. Invoice # 33325 Payment: US $16.00 Due date: 03/02/2016 Product(s) Renew Domain - constructorabb.com - 1 Año(s) (03/02/2016 - 02/02/2017) US $16.00 When I look this customer the domain match but he does not have any due invoices and the Due date does not match. But if a look at the Invoice number it belongs to a different client and a different domain? I´ve already dis a database repair, and used the database clean feature in WHMCS, the only thing i´ve found different was I was using the old path to to cron.php but i do not think that's the problem. Thank you for your help.

  9. Enom is to maintain compliance with ICANN regulations. Those responsibilities extend to our channel partners as explained within your reseller agreement with Enom. To ensure we maintain compliance with ICANN's 2013 RRA as of February 1st, 2015, eNom will begin sending out domain renewal notices to domain name registrants on behalf of all resellers. This applies to all Enom reseller partners. Enom is asking: A minimum of two notifications are required approximately 1 month and 1 week prior to expiration. If a domain expires, one additional notice with renewal instructions is required within 5 days after the expiration date. We placed for the firs and second reminders values as: 30, 5 before expire, but for "after expire" can we place values as -5 in Domain Reminder Settings so it will send a reminder 5 days after expiration?
