  1. Hello, we are using the WHMCS_Auto_Install_Module from Softaculous to install certain scripts for clients. Sometimes these clients ask for Piwik too but the WHMCS_Auto_Install_Module does not really allow us to use their solution to install extra scripts on existing cpanel accounts. Softaculous sent us a php script but that requires entering the cpanel username which we would still have to enter manually? My question is: does anyone have experience related to what we want to do and/or does anyone know how to 'sell' Piwik and automatically install it for an existing client?
  2. Hello, I searched the forum and did see that multiple people suffer from my 'no New Account Information email' issue. However: i just discovered that for all our new clients that use PayPal as a gateway no 'New Account Information' email is being sent, while creditcard (Stripe.com) works well (so the email IS being sent). PayPal: the invoice is being marked as PAID so that's good. I cannot find any errors in the logs, any clues how to get this solved or we will end up writing this email manually to all our new PayPal clients? Any help is appreciated! Regards, Thomas
  3. Hello, i have had 3 clients during the last couple of weeks who tried to transfer their domain name but the transfer dit not succeed due to domain age: A domain name is in the first 60 days of an initial registration period. Can't i prevent this from happening and force the user to choose setting nameservers of the age is <60 days? Or at least show a warning message in this form? : Any advice is being appreciated!
  4. Thank you very much i think i will ask for help with WHMCS - this is the right direction to search for answers. Thank you!
  5. Correct it is the same. Payment is done with PayPal indeed. Is my issue the result of a delay or maybe the client abandoning a page too early? Any suggestions how to fix? Because somehow some PayPal clients are being handled by the auto register module and some not.
  6. The activity log shows that the system sends out an email 'This message is to confirm that your domain purchase has been successful.' while it was not successful due to the problem i described. All TLD's are assigned to eNom. We user Openprovider a few months ago and experienced exactly the same issue so it is not being caused by the registrar(s).
  7. Hello, I searched on the forum for similar posts but i cannot find it. The problem: sometimes our system does not automatically register a domain name with Enom (Registration Type: Register). If i look inside the item (Domain) then the registrar for such orders is 'None' not 'Enom'. This seems to occur randomly. We need to change the registrar to 'Enom' then, save and hit the register button and then we are fine. I am quite confident that all domain name settings and prices are configured correctly. I did notice however that changing the payment status of an invoice to PAID takes quote long (so maybe the client aborts a proces while ordering, i am not sure). Any idea where to look for a solution for this? Any help is really being appreciated - the consequence of this problem is that clients who order when it is night time here do have to wait for hours and that is obviously a dissatisfier. Regards, Thomas
  8. Thank you so much! This is very valuable information for me.
  9. Hello, is it possible to make, for example a Google ad, go to a specific link to offer e.g. dutch users the dutch language? We rather do not display the flags pulldown on our website but we would like to offer a landing page in the user his own language.
  10. Thank you for the suggestion, i will contact their sales dept. and ask them if they will accept me as a new customer (and let you know the outcome also for other readers).
  11. Thank you very much. I actually purchased that module last month but i was not able to get this to work, PayPal has so many departments and none seems to actually help me out. To be honest, i think that module should clearly state how difficult it is to get accepted (by PayPal). WHMCS Paypal documentation ---> i read it and i just unticked the box 'Force One Time Payments' so at least users can subscribe now (if they like) but i really would like to be able to offer another CC payment processor too (besides PayPal).
  12. We currently use PayPal as the only payment gateway. But issue now is that clients have to pay us pro actively (monthly) and that is an hurdle. So what we need is a being able to charge clients their creditcard automatically. I checked many payment processors now but they seem reluctant to accept non US/Canadian customers. We are based in the Netherlands. I have seen topics like mine (when i googled for a solution) but i could not find any solutions to my problem. From your experience: what to do now, which payment processor DOES actually accept European customers. Or can we auto charge a CC using PayPal too? (if so: how?)
  13. Thank you. I managed to fix this. Actually just by being more patient because WHMCS needed a few minutes to register the domain name after the order was marked PAID to handle the domain name registration while i assumed it should be done immediately! Thank you for your support.
  14. I am suffering from an issue which suddenly arised. If a client enters an order for a domain name at the url clientarea.php the registrar is 'Enom' and the new domain name gets auto-registered. But if a new client enters an order here 'cart.php' the registrar is 'None'. Pricing has all been configured correctly. Registrar 'None': that is where things go wrong because even if the order is paid for the domain won't get registered. Does anyone have a clue what can be wrong with my WHMCS install?
