Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, there is no other service running, when clicking renew I get the message " You cannot renew an order that has not yet been configured. " However, I can not configure the serivce either as I get the error message from my first post.
I have tried terminating the service and reordering, however when I come to configure once again, I get the same message of "Domain already exists in SpamExperts system. Please cancel any previous orders first and try again."
So basically, its in an endless loop of not being able to configure this customers spam experts service.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
