  1. Hi there, hoping someone can help me, I have WHMCS as part of my wordpress site, it is not integrated but using a designed theme, when i try and log into the WHMCS url it is just logging me into the back of the wordpress site and not allowing me to access the WHMCS admin area. Any ideas what might be happening? https://opengatescom.com/whmcs/admin many thanks Paul
  2. Hi Group I hope this is the correct place to post this, I have purchase a WHMCS / Wordpress theme for my hosting, I have installed and followed the instructions to load it all up, but I am stuck on the last part - the theme options are asking for init.php to be loaded. I have tried to load this as per the attached screen shots but getting a blank install when I try and load the site, can anyone help me out? Regards paul
  3. Er no, great I'll try that thank you
  4. Thank you, I did the import via Cpanel imports to the system, my problem is that none of the domains have populated to the clients, they have a hosting package which is set up under products/services, but the domain names are not showing, so when an invoice is generated they only get billed for the hosting and not the domain name. Ive added two screen shots and hope that explains it a bit more. Thanks for your support Paul
  5. Hi there, I have recently set up my WHMCS I have the clients working with WHM and Cpanel, but none of the domain names are registered with the accounts for billing for next year. I can't figure out how to add the existing domain names do that they get billed along with the renewal for the web hosting account - at the moment I am using a new/product service called 'domain renewal' but there must be an easier way that this to add the domains so that the registration date etc are pulled from the registrar. Please help Paul
