Hi at all I have a problem with promotions code in whmcs I create a promotion code with this settings : I want create 30% off in new product/services , or when create renew product/services invoice i edit all products/services of a client , and set "Promotions Code" for all products/services of this client after one year , created renew invoice by system , view this picture : The promotion code applied by system and removed by system I want apply 30% off in invoice please help me thanks

Hi All Sorry my english language is not very good I have Two server : Server A and Server B When install latest version of whmcs in "Server A" without any active modules : 1-I config "Server A" and created new product in whmcs admin panel 2-Send new order from clientarea panel , after payment step get this error in my web browser, but created cpanel account complete : The connection was reset. Hi all After upgrade system to whmcs 7.2.3 , when submit a tickets get 500 internal server error This is my apace logs : [Fri Aug 25 23:26:50.440065 2017] [cgi:error] [pid 831967] [client 148.251.20.108:52880] End of script output before headers: ea-php56, referer: http://my.x.com/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=7 All my permissions and owner are correct ! All modules and hooks update after upgrade ! When install a blank whmcs in my host all its working correct , but this system after upgrade get errors I have root server access ! Please help me ? Thanks
