  1. Hi, After upgrading to WHMCS 7.5 I have some encoding problem. Web hosting services (cPanel) passwords now are like this �*Y�Ks���. System charset is set to utf-8. Any help is welcome. Thanks in advance.

Hi @WHMCS ChrisD, I have same problem as @theozsnowman, after migration from 5.3.14 to 7.5 when I'm trying to find some domain, product or services I'm getting 500 error in Chrome Network tab, but there is nothing in error log related to this issue. My PHP version is 7.2.6. If you need I can send you ink to phpinfo(). Can you, please, suggest me some solution about my problem? Thanks in advance, Vasil
  3. Hi @WHMCS John, Thanks for your reply. I enabled Display Errors option, replicated the problem, but there is nothing in the Activity Log related with my issue with domains and other products or services search option from WHMCS Admin area. If you need I can send you link to phpinfo() to make sure that server supports the requirements for WHMCS 7.5. Thanks Best regards
  4. I upgraded our WHMCS from version 5.3.14 to version 7.5. After upgrading I have problem with domains/services search from admin area. I'm getting 500 internal server error on AJAX call from whmcs/admin/templates/blend/js/scripts.min.js to whmcs/admin/search.php. I'm using PHP 7.2. Is this problem maybe is related to cUrl version (currently it is 7.59.0)? If someone had a similar problem, or have some idea how to overcome this problem I'd be happy to hear some potential solution. Thanks in davnace!
  5. Hi @WHMCS John, Thanks for your reply. I followed your suggestion and I enabled Log Errors, but there isn't some error in Activity Log related with this. I'm not sure anymore is this WHMCS related problem or some server issue. When I'm trying to search for domain name or some services from search box from admin area I'm getting Server error 500 on /whmcs/admin/search.php file. I upgraded from 5.3.14 to version 7.5, on 5.3.14 everything was working fine. If you need I can send you in private message link to phpinfo(), but I think the server meets the requirements.   6. Hi @bear, Thanks for your suggestion. Yes, the problem was in ini_set, it was disabled. Now we enabled it and it works. But, now I have another problem . When I'm searching for some domain in admin area I'm getting status 500 on AJAX call to /whmcs/admin/search.php file. Some suggestion about this new problem which I got?   7. Hi, I upgraded my WHMCS from version 5.3.14 to WHMCS 7.5, following instruction on the official WHMCS page https://docs.whmcs.com/Updating#For_a_Full_Release_Version. I finished upgrade process, but when I'm trying to access to the whmcs/admin I'm getting blank page. In error_log there are only two warnings [13-Apr-2018 08:16:26 UTC] PHP Warning: ini_set() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/.../whmcs/init.php on line 0 [13-Apr-2018 08:16:26 UTC] PHP Warning: ini_set() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/.../whmcs/init.php on line 0 I'm running PHP 7.2.4 Version and here is IonCube Loader v10.2.0 (in attach is image from IonCube Loader section from phpinfo).   11. Hi, Since yesterday every .me domain are displaying as unavailable. My whois server for .me is ".me|whois.meregistry.net|NOT FOUND". There isn't any change in the code. My WHMCS version is 5.3.14. Any help is appreciate. Thanks in advance.
  12. Thanks for your reply Brian. My version of WHMCS is relatively old, it is version 5.3.14 so it will be ok with dbconnect.php. I tried to make some inspection in the code. In the JavaScript code which sends the AJAX request there is some Smarty variable {$id}. I printed it, it is empty. Where is initialised this variable?
  13. Hi, We used UnBlockIp module few years, but week ago it stopped works from the client area (from the admin it works fine). As alternative I found UnblockMe module. Downloaded it and uploaded the files according its "ReadMe" file. When I'm trying to unblock IP address I got "Service ID not found" message (error). This code is in the file unblockme.php in the root of WHMCS installation. Does somebody have experience with this module? Every help is welcome and very appreciated. Thanks in advance!
  14. Hi Brian, thanks for your reply. I didn't contact the vendor because their website is off and I think there isn't support for this module anymore I thought if someone have some experience with this module to help me because it is very important our clients to be able to unblock their IP from their client area. Also, we are open for some suggestions for some similar Addon module which have same functionalities.
  15. Hi, We are using UnBlockIp free addon module to unblock IP addresses. It was working fine until few days when it stopped to unblock IP addresses blocked on our latest added server and it stopped work from the client area. From the client area it doesn't unblock any IP address. Version of UnBlockIp addon module is 1.91 and our WHMCS version is 5.3.14. Can you please suggest me some fix or recommend some other module as alternative of UnBlockIp? Thanks in advance.
