  1. Hello, I recently started using the Email Marketer in order to send automatic emails to my clients about their product's next due date. My problem is although I have configured everything (following the documentation) correctly but the emails are not sent. I have created a Demo client with one product and a Email Marketer rule to send email 1 day before the product's Next Due Date. I have configured the product to expire (next due date) tomorrow, the demo client's email is correct (I have tested it and i can send/receive emails), but I still don't get the Product Expiring email. Checking the logs, I found the following entries: Notification sending failed for Rule ID 1 - Error: No Recipients Found Created Invoice - Invoice ID: 123 Automated Task: Starting Invoices As for the cron jobs, I have noticed the following: in 'Set Up -> Automation Settings, I see the message Cron Status OK, however in the System Health page, I see the error: The system cron does not appear to have completed successfully within the last 24 hours. Check your activity logs or learn more about enabling the cron in our documentation. I don't know if the cron job messages are related to the email problem. System details: WHMCS v7.10.2 PHP 7.3 Any help solving the automatic emails problem would be appreciated.
  2. Yes in the admin area it loads without errors. The phone format in the database is +30.xxx.
  3. Hello again, There is another error i just encountered. Well, I loggin in clientarea as client and check my domain - it is an active domain. When I click the Domain Contact Info link from the sidebar (clientarea.php?action=domaincontacts&domainid=7), I get the Oops, something went wrong page. The error I see is: "TypeError: Argument 1 passed to normaliseInternationalPhoneNumberFormat() must be of the type array, bool given, called in /home/hshost/public_html/clientarea.php on line 0 and defined in /home/hshost/public_html/includes/clientfunctions.php:0Stack trace:#0 /home/hshost/public_html/clientarea.php(0): normaliseInternationalPhoneNumberFormat(true)#1 {main}" If I get it correctly, it has something to do with the International phone codes. When I created this client, the phone codes feature was enabled. Yestarday I disabled it and now I get this error. I tried enabling again the feature and changing the phone from tha database, but nothing. When The feature was enabled (before I disable it), I hadn't visited the Domain Contact Info, so i don't know if it was working at that time. Any ideas why this is happening or how it can be fixed; Thank you.
  4. Well, after a blackout we had the system works fine. I guess everything restarted(?) and now it works without errors.
  5. Oh, I know. I was so happy the problem was solved (or it seemd so). It's with every tld I have tried. So far I have tried .gr, .eu and .com. I also had one .de domain but that one worked (I don't know if it was because of the tld or it was just the 'lucky moment' the system worked.
  6. Hello again, Unfortunatelly the problem was not solved. The order placement worked for a few hours but this morning it stopped again - I did not make any changes to the system or php. I changed to php 7.1 but it did not work (now the system runs with php 7.2) Now, when I add the domain and the client, the Order Summary updates with the correct pricing but when I click Submit, I get the 'Invalid TLD/Registration Period Supplied for Domain Registration' error. The console has no errors and the the error log of the site is empty. I enabled all the errors log in General Settings but I see no errors.

Hello, I'am trying to add domains to my clients manually following this documentation https://docs.whmcs.com/Importing_Data#Manual_Domain_Only_Entry The problem is that when I add the domain and the Registraion period, the price is not updated and I get the error ''This order contains one or more domain registrations with TLDs/extensions that are not configured for sale and have been omitted as a result''. If I click Submit Order, I get the following: Error: Invalid TLD/Registration Period Supplied for Domain Registration However, the errors don't appear every time I add a domain. Sometimes The order is completed successfully, but some others I get the errors I have described. I can't find the conditions the errors appear. What I have tried/checked: The Domain Pricing is set correctly as you can see in the screenshot I have attached (screenshot 1) Increased the memory limit and max_execution_time. Checked the currency for both the client and the domain - they are the same (EUR) I have tried adding .gr, .com, .eu and .de - .de worked without errors All the errors I have noticed: This order contains one or more domain registrations with TLDs/extensions that are not configured for sale and have been omitted as a result - when adding a domain Error: Invalid TLD/Registration Period Supplied for Domain Registration - after clicking Submit Order POST: --path--ordersadd.php 500 (Internal Server Error) - in console when changing registration period or typing the domain (screenshot 2) In console Network: Content-Type: text/html; charset=utf-8 in Response Header (screenshot 3) It is a fresh installation of the latest WHMCS with php 7.3. Any help would be much appreciated. I've trying for hours to find a solution. Thank you.
  9. Hello, I recently updated whmce to v7.7.1 and now the system ajax calls don't work. The error I get in Chrome Developer console is: I noticed the whmcsBaseUrl variable is empty (both in front-end and back-end). I suspect this is causing the ajax calls to fail. My whmcs is installed in the home directory and in the admin Setup-> General -> WHMCS System URL I have http://www.example.gr/. Is this correct? Should I change this url to get the whmcsBaseUrl to work? Thank you very much for your time.
  10. Hi everyone, I'm sorry for the late reply. I restored my website to the previous version and updated it again (manually this time). I think the first time the update was not completed. The problem is not solved, but now I get the warning about the missing WHMCS Base URL. I added the script from the documentation page but in the console, the variable is empty. Is this variable related to the error 500 I'm having? Also, where is this variable defined? @WHMCS John I tried most of your recommendations, (except the builds check that I will check tomorrow) but nothing changed. What is more, when I enable the errors display option, there are no errors displayed. Thanks again.
  11. Hello, I recently upgraded my website to the latest verson 7.7.1 and not I'am having the following problem. When I choose a product and go to the product configuration page, the Order Summary is blank. Every time a choose a price from the dropdown menu, I can see the loading icon in the #producttotal div, but no price is calculated. The errors I see in the DevTools Console are either ''Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)'' or I tried changing back to the default templates (Six and Standard Card) but nothing changed. Any ideas why this is happening or how i can fix it? Thank you very much.
  12. There are no errors in Module Logs. I just did it and the domain δοκιμη.company is available. It's only with .gr domains that I get the invalid error.
  13. I enabled IDN's and now I'm not getting the invalid domain error. Now I have another problem. Every Greek domain I search appears as unavailable, although other websites show them available. Any help on this? Thanks.
