    MaxMind

When is WHMCS going to get with the times and update MaxMind? In order to use it you gotta request the MaxMind Legacy API from their support team. Why doesn't it support the new and improved MaxMind?
  2. I've sent the ticket in before with them and received the emails. They even have a Reseller Support department so they do offer the support.
  3. Using default templates. Nothing in logs even apache. For some reason it's working now however.
  4. Nothing in debug log and on all accounts. New and old.
  5. Not if it's a Reseller ticket you can't because the account doesn't have products.
  6. None of my clients can log into WHMCS after the update. They get the following error "Login Details Incorrect. Please try again.". I have reset the passwords and the issue still remains.
  7. I submitted 2 tickets to WHMCS support and never received an email confirmation. How am I supposed to check on the status of the ticket or send replies when I received no information?
  8. If it's been a long term customer of mine, I send PayPal logs of usage, Signup dates, tell them how they agreed to the re-occuring billing until cancelled. I also then hit the customer with a $35 NSF fee for all returned payments then eventually end up sending them to collections to recover the damages and costs if it losses via PayPal Dispute. I've been pretty good with winning most of my PayPal disputes unless it was a stolen account/Info and it slipped though the safeguards on order.
  9. My webhosting accounts show Disk usage as "unlimited" when all of the accounts in fact have limitations. I'm not sure when this started to occur but all of the accounts show the same thing. In WHM the accounts have the limitations and they are setup correctly with the same limitations in the WHMCS product manager. How can I fix this issue?
  10. I don't think you understand what we are talking about. Example, ventrilo is added to WHMCS as a product. WHMCS does not support the ability to stop and start this service nor suspend it. (- Manual Suspend Required: First Last- ventrilo.server.com:9999 (Service ID: 234- User ID: 999 - Error: No Module). When said client pays his service, there is no email sent that said service has been paid and needs to be MANUALLY restarted. Therefore customer sits there with his paid service while it is still suspend because WHMS does not send out an email saying said service has been paid and should be reactivated. Now with webhosting this is not an issue because the module automatically does it.
  11. I agree, something like this is needed for the people whom use WHMCS with products that require manual account actions.
  12. I take it if we have a Free license we aren't good enough to try the Beta that you are encouraging us to upgrade to?
  13. So who actually received this email? I know I sure didn't nor did a few of my other business partners who use WHMCS didn't either.
