ok i just typed the same content into the text box and the ticket opened ok, so it seems to be a text encoding issue using editpad it seems the encoding was windows1252, when i changed the encoding to utf8 it pasted ok

i have just been alerted to the fact that you can not paste into support tickets. you can type ok, but if you paste it it shows but when you submit it vanishes and comes up with a warning saying no content Any suggestions to fix this thanks

hello for the past few months i have been getting blank tickets in the support area, . These are from emailed tickets The email is a normal email not a forward - i have also tested and get the same blank tickets. The email when cc'd to another address shows the content but the actual ticket is --- No message found. --- any ideas of the issue? thanks ian
